I went to Pittsburgh to find a very reputable piercer and I found one here! I spoke with Daria who was a wealth of knowledge. She was extremely nice ad helpful and made the entire experience very comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone! I plan on returning! Thanks agin

I'm going to give this place 3 stara because it was very clean and laid out very well, buts that's where my praise for this place ends.
I've been in here on two separate occasions, one to set up a tattoo appointment for my boyfriend and I, and the other to look and talk about new plugs. I was driven away from this place with incredibly rude comments and condecending attitudes both times.
The tattoos we were trying to schedule were WAY overpriced for what they were and we were talked down to the entire time. The artists we were trying to schedule with also seemed like they had better things to do than try to make a good impression on two people that could potentially be lifetime customers.
THEN, even with the bad feeling in my gut that I was going to be treated like garbage , I walked through the door to look at some new plugs to stretch up with. I only had about 45 dollars with me that day because I wasnt fully thinking I was going to be shopping around. I didn't really see anything I was in love with and wasnt about to spend it all on something I disn't really think I wanted. Well, I said I wasnt really interested this moment and may come back in the future for a couple pairs and was automatically attacked with a nasty attitude. Im not sure if her goal was to make me feel bad or make me feel unwelcome there, but she did a great job doing both.
After having poor experiences both upstairs and downstairs I'm not willing to give them a third chance.

I went try to get a tattoo & not only did they not want to take my black money but they were quoting prices back & fourth to me that was totally over priced while laughing like it was funny! They got upset b/c I decided to shop around & when I came back they decided to raise the price again! Sad to say but I will never ever go back to this shop again for anything!

I think this place is just plain old awesome. A great selection of tattoo artists, having been tattoed and pierced here over the passed 5 years. I'd highly recommend stopping if you're looking for a new tattoo.

Would not go there again. I regret being a passive person,I feel I was taken advantage of. I went to get a tattoo there and picked out an hour glass that had a skull silhouette I didn't want it real big or anything my budget was $150 . The guy told me that he could either do a skull or a bigger really cool hour glass. All said and done I was in the chair for a half hour and ended up with a small less than standard hour glass that with a stencil I could've done just as good of job with the tattoo gun I bought on eBay. Then my dumb ass gave a $15 dollar tip. I just feel I was cheated,I mean $150 dollars for a half hour and he said it would be bigger and cooler if I didn't get the skull,yet it is smaller than the original picture. I gotta start complaining! Definitely will not go back!
