Got a conch piercing and Daria was great! She is very knowledgeable and kind. She helped me match up jewelry with my current piercing and modified my conch exactly how I wanted. However, about a month later, the ball at the end of the conch was being pulled into my earlobe so I went to get a longer post only to find that the original post was so tiny it was barley even the width of my earlobe let alone with room for swelling. Now I have a large sore in my ear from where the ball was being pulled in. Also, I was told that a conch must first be done with a post and once healed can be switched to a hoop (I wanted a hoop), but then was told by other piercer that a hoop will be fine. So who knows what the answer is, but it’s annoying that it’s not consistent.

I had a fantastic experience at Kyklops. I was passing through Pittsburgh and the staff accomodated very short notice and did a fantastic job on my tattoo. This is a clean, professional shop. Erin was my artist and she was extremely talented and friendy. I had a great experience.

Got my first tattoo here from Jess Scutella. Jess is a grade A+ professional and I'll definitely be coming back for another in the future. Very clean place and friendly staff. 100/10 would recommend.

I called to make an appointment, the first time they were nice, but after I emailed, I never got an answer, I decided to call again 3 days later and the tattoo manager said he would call me back in the same day to see if someone could do my tattoo, never got a call I called the next day about 5 times and they never answered. When I called at the time they did answer, the receptionist had a very bad attitude, overall did not like the expirence

Came in to Kyklops after seeing the results of a friends tattoo. I had Erin do the work after seeing what she is amazingly capable of. And she did not disappoint!!!!! Every time i see a picture of the back of my head and neck i fall even more in love with it!! Looking forward to having her do my next 5!!!!
