My experience at White Oak Tattoo Co. was excellent in every way. The shop space is beautifully clean and open, and they keep the air running so that it stays cool (which is great for me because once I get overheated, I tend to feel faint). The person working at the front desk was extraordinarily kind and helpful, always smiling and having a cheerful attitude. In fact, all the artists were that way! I could sense these artists were more like a family than mere cordial coworkers. My artist was Rachel Behm. She positioned and repositioned the stencils so that they fit MY body. Rachel allowed for several breaks for me to have some water and sit up for a bit. She was friendly, gentle, and an overall wonderful person. She even sent me pictures of her kitten along with pictures of my tattoo after it was done! She was meticulous and took her time to give me the best possible tattoo. My tattoos have beautiful linework and shading, and I know they'll solidly stand the test of time. There is also ample merchandise for sale, including lovely candles, t-shirts about how coffee is amazing ,and intricate jewelry! I wanted to buy the whole case! 10/10 would recommend any time, and I feel I will definitely return!

Super cool tattoo studio. Very chill vibe, everyone is friendly. Gillian is our artist and she is AMAZING! Definitely check this place out if your looking to have work done. My daughter got this awesome "Nightmare Before Christmas" tattoo.

I walked in to White Oak and was instantly greeted with kindness. They all were so welcoming! Emphasis on the “all” part. The way they treated me had me feeling like I’ve known these people for years. Gia had quickly shown me her idea of the tattoo I was wanting and had me take a seat while I waited. These guys are an obvious family. And I felt nothing but genuine appreciation from the time I walked in to the time I left. Mary gave me paperwork to fill out and walked me through any questions I had. Gia finished my artwork and within 20 minutes I started getting tattooed. She’s insanely fast at hand for how much detail she adds to her work. While I was being tattooed I was constantly cared for by making sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything at all. We finished way before I expected and Gia made sure to send me on my way with all the aftercare info I needed. I met a lot of cool people today and I felt home. 5 starts just isn’t enough.

I absolutely LOVE White Oak!!!!! I have 3 tattoos and all were done by the amazing tattoo artist Erick! The interior space is beautiful and chic and everyone is so friendly! Erick made me very calm while getting my first tattoo because I was beyond nervous. I highly recommend this place and I always talk about them whenever I get the chance!

My first microblading experience, I was super nervous about both the pain and the outcome but Meg was amazing. I never realized how much my brows could change and transform my face! And she was so patient waiting extra for the numbing to kick it and adding more!

I also was anxious about immediately after, would the be red and swollen or funny looking and they were great! I met with friends and went back to work and no one said a thing which was perfect!

It does take about 3hrs but considering it’s something permanent on you face, I was happy she took her time as was thorough. Very happy and very pleased

This is a BEAUTIFUL shop! Super clean, extremely organized and follows Covid Protocols. I had Megan do microblading on my eyebrows and she is not only an incredible artist but an incredible human. She was very informative and encouraging throughout the procedure. I HIGHLY recommend White Oak. The staff was super friendly and down-to-earth. Get your brows done with MEGAN, STAT!

Just had my 3rd brow session with Megan, I can't recommend her enough. She fixed my crooked brows and I constantly get compliments on how perfect my brows now are. She's 100% worth the wait and every penny you will spend.

What an experience! First of all, the shop is beautiful and the esthetic is awesome. It’s very cool, clean and sleek with a homey feel, which keeps it inviting. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the owner, Angus, as well as some others. Angus is the kindest, most welcoming guy with a knack for conversation. The intimidation factor doesn’t exist here nor does the ego-centric artist. Everyone had a hello and no one scoffed or balked at the tattoos we had requested via email prior to our arrival (Erick was great via email, by the way, and did a great job going back and forth with me to select a date and time). Though the 3 of us were getting pretty straight-forward tattoos, our artists, Erick and Gillian, treated our tattoos with the same care and consideration as they would someone getting a half sleeve. They legitimately took the time to make sure we were happy with the designs and placement and that their stations were set-up properly and comfortably. Erick and Gillian made getting the actual tattoos a breeze and when she learned it was my brother’s first tattoo, Gillian immediately took the time and the utmost care to explain the whole process. Bottom line is that this shop is worth your travels, and your money. This is my 5th tattoo, and this was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had, and the skill and talent is abundant. Each artist has their own unique story and skill set, and their work is incredible, big or small. Definitely check out their Instagrams and their own work that hangs on the wall of their individual station. They’ll have you wanting a full back piece in no time😂 Thanks for everything, White Oak, and we truly look forward to the next time!

Incredibly unprofessional experience with this place. Scheduled a consultation with Zach. I told him he could basically do whatever he wanted with my tattoo. Gave him complete artistic freedom. He gave me a date and I took off work for the date he gave me. He then asked how I would like to put a deposit down. I told him and he proceeded to ignore all of my emails and DMs on Instagram. I followed up with him several times to him completely ignore and read my messages without responding. Go take your hard earned money to an establishment that actually cares about their clients time.
