If I could leave zero stars, I would! My wife and I wanted to get tattoos based on a recommendation from my brother who had beautiful art done at White Oak. We called (helpful receptionist)and were given an email address for an artist with availability. We sent the information about our ideas and heard back almost a week later with follow up questions. We replied, answering the artists queries, including images of our ideas, hoping to book appointments during a day/time the artist stated they had availability and then we were ghosted! No further replies of any kind! What kind of business model is that? We would have probably spent close to $1000 to get our artwork done but apparently our business wasn’t wanted. Absolutely terrible customer service and we’ll be looking elsewhere, along with informing anyone who asks about our “experience” at White Oak.

Alicia was my artist she was very organized and helpful with the design. Her professional experience is flawless and stunning. She really makes you comfortable and at ease with all the steps with the design. I would highly recommend her.

The shop itself is beautiful! Clean with a ton of lighting and comfortable. Matt B did an AMAZING job doing a portrait of my son. I never thought I’d be one to get a portrait tattooed, but Matt’s work is so realistic that it was a no brainer. Turned out incredible and by far my new favorite tattoo. I will definitely be returning.

The artist I went to charged a full days rate for 4 hours, many 20 minute breaks were also taken during this time, and a long wait in the waiting room prior to starting as they sat in the back procrastinating. Art was not reflected in the price, pretty average, definitely not what I expected. I had 2 sessions before I had to walk away, it would have been worth it if you could wow someone with the art but at the rate we were going if I would have shown you the tattoo then told you how much it cost you would think something was wrong with me.

a positive experience from start to finish! all of the staff that I interacted with during the scheduling process and lead up to my appointment were helpful, responsive, and welcoming. As for my tattoo - stunning! Gia Rose is a consummate professional and takes her art seriously - but is so warm with her clients. She welcomed my slight adjustments to her initial sketch and at every step I never felt pressured to just accept her design, placement, or colors. The space is gorgeous and immaculately clean and bright. I honestly can't say enough positive things about my experience at White Oak!

It was an interesting time when I went! Ericksen did a great job, I know he was having a rough day since the shop just got a new location and was still settling in but he was real cool about it. All said and done he didn't charge me for the extra time to set up and the shop is beautiful. It is so clean and nice in there, I want to move in! Thanks for your guidance, I really think the advice on the location of my tattoo was solid. I'm so glad my artist worked with my idea and I took his advice.

This is a really nice shop with super friendly & professional people. I felt welcomed from the second I walked in the door, and the camaraderie between the artists was great. I got an amazing dog portrait from Matt, and all the other artists’ work that day were really good as well. An overall great experience.
