I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and ended up having to wait 20-25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The piercer, Matt, did an amazing job and was super cool. The cashier however seemed to scoff at my tip amount which I found pretty unprofessional and off putting. They should handle the scheduling better as well.

This is my second time coming here. All of my friends have gotten tattoos here. I had a rib tattoo done last year, and recently went in for a piercing. Such helpful people here! Matteo was great, he talked me through the piercing and made sure I was comfortable. A great experience for my first body piercing. the piercing itself is healing smoothly 10/10. Definitely recommend

Horrible experience from one tattoo artist particularly. this person ruined my tattoo that he was supposed to enhance ,Wouldn’t recommend at all. There are much better Tattoo Artist and shops in the San Luis Obispo county would not waste my money or time.

I got my nipples pierced here when I turned 18 (I am currently 21). Two other friends and I got ours done back to back. Staff was nice. Unfortunately I left with extremely crooked piercings that I have had to look at every day since. My friends both looked fine though, so I don’t know if mine were just a rushed job since I went third. They used proper infection control techniques and everything and it healed without complications…I have seen amazing work come from this place, just my experience was kind of a bummer.

I booked a 3pm appointment 2 weeks in advance. Got a text the day of saying they need to bump it to 4pm because the earlier appointment was taking longer than expected. No problem. Got there at 3:45 to do paperwork. Sat on the couch until 4:55. Told them no hard feelings but I want a refund. Not professional at all. Just my experience.

I called ahead to ask what I needed for my daughter (15yrs old) to get her ears pierced. The lady we talked to on the phone said that it was okay and that all we needed was a photo of her birth certificate or passport and parent. I’m from out of town so I ask a friend go into my house and get a picture of her birth certificate which was a big hassle. We had to remotely open our garage door from here to let her in. Then the garage door had a hassle closing. We got the photo. We went into the shop today and they told me she couldn’t get her ears pierced unless she was 16, even though the lady on the phone said it was okay. We are trying to do the right thing and avoid places like Claire’s. Where babies get their ears pierced. You were recommended to use by my sister in law an niece. Guess word of mouth doesn’t mean much Mike owens
