I came here and got my 3rd hole on my lobes pierced as well as my conch piercing and I am so happy! The shop is unlike any other I’ve been to. It is such a fun experience to pick out jewelry you actually like for piercings instead of getting the boring stuff from a tattoo shop and having to wait til it heals to switch it out. The associates up front are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The piercer John made sure the process was sterile and quick. He even helped me remove an old helix piercing from another piercer that’s been giving me problems, and gave me advice on how to help it get to feeling better. This is definitely where I will be going for future piercings. So glad I found this place.

Just got my septum done and my sister got her belly button! They are so nice and welcoming and such an awesome and comfortable atmosphere! Very clean and professional! The piercer is so nice and talks you through the whole thing and let's you know everything he is doing! Will definitely be going back for more for myself and my daughters as they get old enough for piercings! I was already sold on this place last weekend as I had drove over an hour to Manhattan to get our piercings somewhere else that does walk ins and the piercer was not there, so I actually called Catalyst and found out it was appointment only which of course was no issue but they were willing to get us in that day, but unfortunately I could not, but because of that experience alone I called back and made an appointment!
