Setup an appointment with a $100 deposit. Their policy requires a 24 hour notice for rescheduling. I had an extreme emergency come up the day of the appointment. Called to explain the situation. No exception was made, a different time was not offered, and none of the deposit was refunded. There was no understanding on their part, just rudeness. I will not be going back and will not recommend Syndicate to anyone else.

Joel and all the artists at Syndicate are extremely talented. Beyond the talent though, they also are highly skilled and know their machines. I had FAR less skin disruption with the tattoo I got here than any other I have, healing is going well as a result. Update: Joel did such an amazing job on the first raven, I absolutely trusted him to do another. Beyond new ink, I will be back to have old ones touched up as well. Hopefully I'll have art from Jason and Matt as well. Absolutely cannot recommend this shop enough.
