I made a appointment 10 months in advance and she canceled my appointment like it never mattered to her. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional to wait 10 months for one tattoo artist just for her to cancel. She completely denied even making the appointment after 12 months. Complete lack of respect and customer service.

Our scheduled artist canceled on us, but these guys were awesome and got us in so we could still celebrate our special occasion. John Warren was patient and very considerate of my daughter being 17.
