Shop looked clean and everyone was nice but I got a third lobe piercing here that struggled to heal. I went to another piercer for advice & they said the original piercer went through both my lobe and a bit of cartilage, which would never heal. I have to let them close and get them redone. Maybe this was just a fluke, but I will not be getting anymore piercings from here unfortunately. Edit: I have several piercings, including cartilage piercings. I was just told that because this lobe piercing is going through two types of tissue (just clipped the cartilage) it will be better to get it redone as the line wasn’t chosen well.

I can't speak to their tattooing services, but I've gotten two piercings here (a septum about 3 years ago and industrial a couple days ago) and the experience was splendid! My septum looks perfect and was virtually painless. The industrial is perfectly placed and looks so freaking cool, definitely a bit more painful than the septum but still a pretty smooth & quick piercing process thanks to Steve! Additionally, the staff were super accommodating to me and my two obnoxious friends who sauntered in on our day off for impulse piercings. We plan on coming back for nipple piercings in a couple weeks. Thanks so much Steve, you guys rock!! Ooo, and they have some super cool and unique jewelry selections :)

My 7 year old daughter got her ears pierced her for the first time and Steve was so sweet and patient with her (especially since last time we came 6 months ago my daughter chickened out on the piercing table and we had to leave!). I had 3 helix piercings done by Steven and my 4th lobes done by his apprentice Alex. My experience at Element had been wonderful; the placement on my 4th lobes was perfect, they healed beautifully, and Alex was very professional and pierced them accurately with minimal discomfort. Steven took the time to look at my anatomy for my helixes, piercing one in a way that prevented rejection. I would have never known that was an issue, and their staff truly care about your piercings and healing process. I had to have plugs put in prior to a surgery, and the doctors weren’t too kind to them and yanked some out. I got my piercings put back in while in my home town, and had to have them taken out again because of emergency surgery. The nurses caused quite a bit of trauma to one in the process, and it started to keloid. I went back to Element after recovery, they assessed my piercings, changed the jewelry, and they are already significantly better. I absolutely recommend Element, and I plan on returning for more piercings once I’m healed up!
