Worst place to do tattoos they didn’t care of my idea, worker there rude and the worst part is they over charging for a small tattoo don’t recommend to anyone beware ppl that work there not professional on there work, im glad l went somewhere else with professional work.

I absolutely adore Saint Tattoo. I got my first tattoo at the shop on a whim back in March and had the pleasure of working with Brad Loveday. He was incredibly kind, courteous, friendly, and is EXTREMELY talented. I knew I’d want to have more work done by Brad, regardless of living out of state. I got 2 more tattoos done yesterday and I had a blast hanging out at the shop. I will definitely be coming back as much as I can! Highly recommend.

I was extremely disappointed with my consultation visit that I had booked over a month in advance. I had communicated beforehand what I was looking for and provided some reference images. The entire consultation was done in the front hallway with me trying to get my idea across by drawing on a piece of paper on my thigh. The entire time the artist acted like I was an inconvenience and showed little interest in what I was saying. His lack of interest and how I was treated has lost my business.

I’ve ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with all of the services I’ve received from Saint. But every time I call lately, there is always this one guy who answers who is just so rude & unfriendly. He acts as though it’s an inconvenience that he had to speak with a customer. I got both my nostril & helix pierced some odd years ago. When I called to ask the size of the jewelry used in both piercings, I was informed that Saint doesn’t do piercings anymore. I said, “That’s fine, but do you have my measurements on file?” The guy said, “Nope.” I asked him how I would be able to find out. He said, “I don’t know.” There was a lull of silence before I finally thanked him for his… help? He didn’t say anything else, just hung up. Super unhelpful & cold. I’m pretty bummed that I can’t even order jewelry for my piercings, because I don’t know what sizes to get.

I have been tattooed & pierced here since the 90's. It use to be an amazing place that I loved going. I still love the artist here but i truly hate that you now have to email to make an appointment. They dont get back to you and if they do it is days later. I was told by Ben through email that Coop was no longer doing the size that i want as far as a cover-up which is not big at all and what i am wanting is not big at all. Then I see on IG that Coop is still doing somewhat large tattoos after being told he was only doing small. I had talked with him for about a year for what i want and he said just let me know when & when i do Im blown off. I am extremely disappointed considering I thought so highly of him & his work. Im so disappointed.

I've been going to Saint tattoo since 2018, in 2018 I went to Saints to get my sleeve started/corrected, the artist who original started on it didn't do so well, I had only the outline of the koi and some color done on the lotus flowers. Brad loveday took on the project and did a great job fixing errors that were made by the original artist and did the entire rest of the sleeve. In early 2019 I moved to Colorado with it only a quarter left to be finished. I called 4 months in advance made a appointment and flew back to Tennessee to finish up the sleeve. The shop has a great vibe, clean, and professional. I got to know the staff over the years and they've been nothing but great to me. Brad loveday does some amazing work, Brad tattooed me knowing my left arm does not fully extend and has some extensive scaring from a major accident I was in back in 2016, he was able to tweak the tattoo to flow with the inability to tattoo over my elbow directly and in ability to fully extend and did a great job. I will continue to fly back and work on several tattoos with Brad loveday including my right sleeve. (The pictures were from October of 2020 when Brad loveday finished the sleeve)

I'm shocked at how amazing these artists are!! Doc did my tattoo yesterday (the outline of it) and it was not the picture I showed him of what I wanted because he made it 1000% better than I could have ever dreamed. Doc was as professional as humanly possible ge was so kind and he made sure I was doing OK through my entire session he is an amazing artist and just an amazing guy! I cannot wait to go back and finish my tattoo and I even have more planned out for after this one. Also doc has the sweetest apprentice who I guess has only been doing tattoos for 8 months but that girl is going to be an amazing artist one day. If you want a tattoo Saint Tattoo is the place to go in my opinion you can't get any better here in knoxville.

Wow! This is by far the best piercing shop experience I've ever had. I went in because I was having sudden allergic reactions to my implant grade surgical steel jewelry, and their selection of titanium jewelry was great! I got a fully customized titanium navel piece and a titanium nose stud for less money than my original, non-customized steel pieces. Plus, their staff was friendly, patient, helpful, and COVID-conscious. I was already feeling icky because my piercings hurt and I didn't particularly want to be out in public, but their professionalism and kindness put me at ease. And now my piercings are recovering from the allergy beautifully! Thanks so much, Saint :)
