I was immediately greeted (warmly) by an associate behind the main counter, who was helpful. The gal that did my piercings, Adena, was very knowledgeable and friendly (she let me squeeze her arm for both piercings :)). Unfortunately, a couple weeks in, the end stud of one of the earrings used to pierce my ear broke... after contacting Adena, she advised me of steps to take and also offered to replace the earring free of charge :) I would absolutely visit again for any services ArtWerks provides! As far as pricing goes... I'd say the price was/is on par with industry average.

I got my septum and snakebites with the amazing piercer here! She was really sweet and patient and made sure I was comfortable and we went at my pace. She also made sure I knew all the aftercare for the piercings and made sure I bought the right items to keep them as clean as possible. I went to a differently location to get my nipple piercing done and it was not my first time having them done. This time around I had nothing but issues with them and decided to look for a different location and piercer to see if I could get someone to look at them. I found this location and talk to their piercer Denna regarding this issue, and she was a great help to my situation and did everything she could to help save my piercings. Due to the piercer I went to before her I did have to take them out, but I will definitely be returning to Denna to get them re-pierced by her and as well my future piercings. Thanks again!

Date of service 4/13/22- Hate to do this but it must be done. Went here for a last minute - once in a lifetime - nose piercing and 5th piercing in my earlobe. Called before I went, greeted nicely and was told "come on in". Arrived, signed pprwk and went ahead with both. Took less than 10 min, told about aftercare and was given "appropriate jewelry" for both nose and earlobe. Next day, nose piercing is not staying put, ear lobe is tender but I am told it is normal. I am hyper vigilant with w my body and care so I take these things seriously.I am continuously cleaning with saline solution. One week later, same issue, nose ring keep trying to come out. I am cleaning it daily as instructed. I make an appt at an upscale piercing place on 4/21( gut instinct), upon entry they tell me, the nose ring jewellery is "too short' for my nosstril, this is why it is NOT staying in place. My ear piercing is too tight and the size of the earring is causing tissue inflammation. Both are removed promptly. I've made the decision to re- pierce both in 8 wks. I was hasty and did not do my normal research. I do want to warn others, think twice before going here. . One must go to school for piercings of any kind - don't be cheap!
