Rachel is an amazing artist that pays very close attention to the minor details in her art work. She did my first tattoo 3 years ago. Half sleeve, B&W piece. I have gotten countless compliments on it. She is currently working on another half sleeve for me and it will be completed very soon. The detail and precision in her work is second to none.
