Best place around to get pierced! They're clean, calm, quick, and walk you through everything they're doing and make sure you're ok the whole time. I've got both my conches and both daithes done here and am extremely satisfied with them all. The most pain free piercings I have, and the instant relief I got from my headaches when she pierced my daith made everything so much better. 15/10, highly recommend.

Paige and Kristin took WONDERFUL care of my two girls (ages 8 and 9) when we showed up unannounced to get their ears pierced! My daughters were excited, but very nervous about the potential pain involved.
The ladies took their time to explain every step that would happen, comfort and reassure them, and they told them which step they were on throughout the process. They showed my girls the tools that would be used, including the NUMBING they did on the earlobes!!!
Each of my girls said a quick and quiet “ow” when the needle went through but immediately said, “Oh that barely hurt at all!”
They used completely sterilized tools, wore gloves, and made it all happen very quickly! I most definitely recommend Brightmoor for ear piercings for children!!!

So My mother and I got 2 lettering tattoos for my passed cousin yesterday. the tattoo artist himself was very nice and i'm sure does really great other tattoos, but we are both disappointed in the tattoos. The style isn't clean and didn't come out how we wanted it to. The tattoo emblems weren't strait or even really made to look even. the lettering on my own is just kinda sloppy and isn't connected like it should be. I enjoy this place for piercings and I'm sure when it's in the style the artists work in, it turn out amazing, but if you cannot do the style or are not good at lettering, please tell your client. These tattoos were for his year anniversary of his death and just due to the sentimental statement of thes pieces we are not happy.

Took my daughter to get a peircing and all the girls were sooooo nice. It was fast and they were very professional. I even got some earrings for my peircings and they were cheap and they put them in for me for free! We are going back for tattoos soon. Thank you!

I just had my nose pierced there by Jade and she did an awesome job! She was so nice and informative while I was super nervous. The piercing was quick and hardly even hurt. The place is very clean and not intimidating for people like me that haven’t had any tattoos or piercings before either! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and will come back if I want anything else done!!
