Stopped in today, the female piercer at the front was helpful and pointed my in the direction of the tattoo artists. There were 6 people sitting around the desk and no one greated me or asked what I was in the market for. I flipped through the books for awhile and read the irony of their signs about paying for good tattoos...well, we can't pay for good tattoos if customers can't get customer service! Such a shame.

I went and some old piercings stretched. It was very affordable and a fun experience! Just get some cash before you go, as they only accept cash.

Brightmoor is the only place in Columbia I will go. This shop provides excellent customer service and top quality work for a fair price. All the artists in shop are great, and they also bring in different guest artists throughout the year, so whatever tattoo style you want your needs/expectations will be met. This shop is spacious and IMMACULATE! Hands down the cleanest shop I’ve ever been to. Big thanks to the owners for everything they do!

I have gotten multiple piercings there and a tattoo. The staff keep ever very sterile and they are super nice. Every time I have gone to get something done it was a great experience! I highly recommend going here for a piercing or a tattoo!

I"ve had multiple tattoo"s done by Dreamer at this location. Not only has all of Dreamers work been exceptional, the shop is extremely clean. The owners have always been present, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Customer service is great, and the artist really take their time to chat with you to make sure, you get what it is you desire. I will continue to support this establishment!!
