I enjoyed getting my first tattoo at black diamond. The atmosphere was nice and all the employees were just amazing to talk to. Matt Elliott was the artist who did my tattoo for me and I definitely recommend him and this shop. Great experience!

My friends and I had been talking about getting tattoos for years. When we were visiting from Memphis, we decided now is the time. It was kind of last minute, but they were able to get us in within a few hours. Matt did an incredible job and was so patient with us, when were were slightly indecisive. The establishment was extremely clean and everyone was so friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Nashville/Murfreesboro area.

Probably the best experience I have ever had in a tattoo studio. Great group of people. This is a tattoo I have wanted since 2007 and was nervous I could not afford an artist to do what I wanted done the way I wanted it. Well, Derek more then delivered. Thanks man.

Matt helped me with a tattoo and did an amazing job. I was a little hesitant going to Matt because I did not know much about him and my friend had referred me too another at artist at Black Diamond that was booked up for months. Matt did an amazing job getting me exactly what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable doing so. This was my first time getting a tattoo and he was very professional helping me get the exact imagine and placement that I wanted. Matt was also very helpful with the aftercare instructions making sure that I full understood everything so that my tattoo would heal properly. I would 100% trust Matt for my next tattoo.

I love this place & my tattoo! I did my research & they came up A+. Great health exam & clean, calm environment. I wanted a simple memorial tattoo of my father on my left forearm & was not disappointed. Christian "Mad" Mulvey did mine & I was super impressed with his work. He was very nice & explained everything to me. Their prices are fair & the location is nice. I have suggested them to many friends & family already. It's been 13 years since my last tat & I was super nervous, but it was a very awesome & positive experience. There was a minimal amount of pain (which is strange for me) & it has been the best healing tattoo I've ever had. He used a barrier film (meant for burn victims) on me & I had to leave it on for a few days. That was a new & welcome addition to the healing process! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

My friend and I were just staying the night in Tennessee on our way to Georgia for vacation on a whim I called black diamond they got us in last min no appointment Abby was so nice helped us right away and Matt did our tattoos he did great and was super professional at the end we even got to meet the owner and thanked everyone for an amazing experience we will always remember!!!!!

So many great things to say about this entire staff. My artist specifically, Izak, is phenomenal. Always highly professional, great personality, and awesome work every time. I’ve had just about 10+ hrs in this shop and will not go anywhere else. From the time you walk in to meeting the owner, Derrick, you will have a great experience. Highly recommended 🤟🏼

Matt was great. We were from out of town and went in to get a tattoo. Everyone was booked for the day. Matt came out and said he could work us in the next day. We emailed him a picture of the tattoos we wanted. He had everything ready when we got there. He did a wonderful job!! Fair prices and great work. I highly recommend him. Everyone was friendly. The lady at the front desk and the other tattoo artist were friendly. Everyone there was so welcoming.
