My friend Kelly and I literally just left “Still Slangin Ink”. We both got piercings with Dough Boy. My friend got her ear and tongue pierced and he was absolutely amazing!! He made her feel so comfortable and got us laughing a lot so that it hurt less. He did the tongue piercing so quickly and well. I got my nose pierced and he helped me out so much with placing. I’m really, really happy we went here. Dough Boy is 100% the best person to go to for any piercings and my next tattoo I’m definitely going to him!! Definitely, definitely give him a shot I am super impressed.

So I had this notion that I wanted to get some new ink, I went to a couple of shops near me and after speaking with the artists I decided to go with Doughboy from Still Slangin Ink in Converse. In speaking with him I got a good vibe and confidence on what he could do with the diagram and description of what I was looking at getting done. I contacted Doughboy and scheduled my appointment. I went in, he did his thing and presented great product. The size and detail exactly what I was thinking. Great artist and very personable. I would recommend him to friends and family. Will be going back to get some touch up work done and more new ink.

Been here in the past and had a good experience but this time around doughboy the piercer had no bed side manner and just wasn't friendly at all. Really expensive over one piercing and just not the right vibe if your a first timer.

My best friend and I spontaneously wanted to get piercings so we called everywhere and when no one had piercers available on a Tuesday, this tattoo place did ! I got my lip piercing and she got her nose pierced. Mr. Doughboy took care of us and had us laughing the entire time we were there. I’ve been to plenty of piercing places and tattoo shops , and never felt more comfortable than here, this will be my tattoo and piercing home. The only thing that I didn’t care for is i rarely carry cash . But other than that loved it !
