First time going there and on my daughters 13th birthday to get her ear pierced the lady who came out and had everyone fill out papers then took I.D's lost my I.D! Then had the audacity to blame me and say I never gave it to her! After I went into my purse and handed it to her knowing I would need to BECAUSE my daughter is 13!! I proceeded to tell them to look at the feed on the camera and they will see I handed it to her! But of course the cameras didn't work!

They only accept cash and don't make change, which they did not mention when we called before going. Also, staff was borderline rude. Not friendly. Not even polite. We found a tattoo shop in south SA we like much better.
