Legacy Arts Tattoo

Stopped by Legacy Arts as a walk in, and was seen right away. I showed Brandon two images that I wanted tattooed and he put his own twist on it and I was absolutely blown away with the end result. Couldn’t be happier, would highly recommend Legacy Arts as well as Brandon specifically.

Prices are very reasonable, work is extremely high quality and staff is all very friendly!

Saw a tattoo shop next to our hotel so we went the owner was super cool..but he went to ask the guy can he do my wife rose n me a tattoo .. I could see the owner saying it's not go be long !!! He guy had a look like he didn't wanna do the art he took forever coming up to us when he did he had an attitude he changed the prices twice from what the owner just told us.... then he tells me it's would take 3hr to share a piece I got already. ..so me and wife just left!!! Sorry to the owner but he lost you money!!!! Get new staff!!!

This place is so wonderful. Macy does my work and I could never ask for a better tattoo artist. When I get there everyone is nice and cheerful and super welcoming. Not to mention the place is super clean. Then Macy does her thing and delivers some of the best art work I’ve ever seen. I’m so happy with everything she’s done on me. 10/10 would recommend.

Love this place, and Joe Tricomi is an amazing tattoo artist. I've gotten two tattoos from him and not only are his prices more than fair, and he's great at creating really cool tattoos based on pictures/ideas I've given him. Can't wait to go back! highly recommend.

For years I had wanted my first tattoo to be a full back tattoo but as I was saving money for it I didn't want just anyone to do it. I knew that amazing tattoos aren't cheap. I didn't want to risk getting a 'bad' tattoo that I would have to live with for the rest of my life. I live in Tyler Tx, and though there are amazing artists here, I never got that 'WOW' factor that spoke to me. After so much research I decided to look into the Dallas area and that's when I came across Richard Garcia at Legacy Arts Tattoo. His tattoos were absolute pieces of art. They were masterpieces. I wanted him and only him to do my tattoo. After contacting him it was brought to my attention that he doesn't usually take out-of-town clients for the possible reason that he may have to cancel on me and that was completely okay with me. I was very persistent. I didn't want anyone else and so with that he took both me and my husband in for appointments.

With the amazing talent that I saw in his tattoos, I knew Richard Garcia knows exactly what he's doing. I told him what I wanted and had complete faith that he would make it look amazing. I told him I wanted my back tattoo to be a 4 seasons tree. Because I live out of town it wasn't until the day I was getting my tattoo that I first got to see what he had in store for my back and it made my jaw drop. It was absolutely beautiful! His creativity is off the roof, his detail is astounding, and his use of color is incredible! After 3 sessions I have a masterpiece on my back and I'm definitely coming back to get the background filled with his watercolor effects.

Shortly after I got my tattoo it was time for my husband to get his. We would talk a lot about what exactly he wanted. He wanted armor incorporated with a stag with a tribal appearance to it. Seeing Richard Garcia create such an astounding tattoo out of our references was unbelievable. The detail of the stag just blew me away and the armor and the tribal incorporated into it all made such an incredible tattoo.

My husband and I are both very amazed with Richard Garcia's work. He pays so much attention to detail. He is super honest and professional. The studio and staff are also very friendly and professional. We've been there 6 times and every time it has been nothing but a great experience. There is so much talent and creativity there. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Mike Hamill is hands down the guy that I trust 100% to permanently design and tattoo on me!!! He has done several of my tattoos,and I absolutely love each and everyone. He is always on point with all the different ideas that I give him,and always goes above and beyond my expectations. Mike Hamill you are AMAZING!

Macy did such a good job! I got my finger tattooed and my sister got her hip done and she was so kind. Macy was professional, and did a fantastic job! Can’t wait to go back and get another one!

Joe is the artist I have put 30hrs in to one piece. The line work was great and he made sure to keep me on his schedule so we could get this piece done in a timely manner. Super clean work area...smells like a hospital cause it's that clean. Joe has a TV and will let you watch whatever you like so it makes the time fly!

Went to get my very first tattoo here and i had a great experience. I was scared and nervous but the artists i had whose name I sadly forgot was super cool. The people and artists there are amazing!

I came to James Corgill at Legacy Arts Tattoo to get a Princess Mononoke inspired sleeve, and he did a phenomenal job. From the start, James was very professional to work with and came up with a sketch that captured all the elements and characters I wanted to include in the sleeve. His linework is very clean and the coloring is truly dynamic and vibrant, just as I was hoping for. I came in from March to December to get this project done and it was worth every second and every penny I spent. The shop itself is also a clean and hygienic environment, important for any tat parlor.

If you are looking to get some great ink in Dallas, I highly recommend James at Legacy Arts. I know I will be coming back ASAP to get more fantastic work done by him.
