i wrote on the sheet that i was there for a piercing, waited 25 mins in the waiting room for my piercing, the lady in the front left, a man replaced her, and when he asked what i wanted done he said the lady who pierces just left. they should have told me she wasn’t there when i first came in or she left while i was waiting.

I would like to say during this time of uncertainty, that AJ and the staff made this a safe experience. I may havte rushed the decision to get one done before my road trip but will proudly boast where I had it done. Thanks again. Beers on me next time!!!!!

Did not clean before tatoo. He messed up my design. This was my first tatoo. But he made it worse... Not recommended here

READ ALL...Abunch of tools... And yes it does reflect... The specifics are I have had well over 100 hours in a chair... And I brought my wife, brother and his wife in for some simple tattoos that they wanted... My sister in law was nervous about getting the tattoo that she wanted so I told her "your gunna be fine should only take around 30 minutes" the munchkin with long pig tails said "oh ok man you must do alot of tattoos where do you work at?" The way I look at it is that it was a compliment saying it won't take long because I believed that they were competent. Apparently not, he either has little man syndrome or isn't competent... Later found out he's been to 3 different shops in the last year so something is wrong Mr. Owner... Check who you hire... Gunna hire a tool that gets offended when someone is reassuring a customer?

The artists there are very good at what they do and have some amazing pieces of work - but that is no excuse for outrageously overpriced tattoos. I went there to get a tattoo priced, something small on my wrist, no shading or anything, just like work. They prices it at $100-$120. I went to a tattoo shop nearby and they did they exact same tattoo for $60

Aj did an absolutely amazing job on my new tattoo today it turned out better than I ever could of imagined. Unfortunately we weren't able to complete the touch up on my other tattoo but I will be making my appointment soon for that to be finished. Thank you to Aj for the amazing work.

I went in a month in advance and talked about booking a spot on a specific day. They asked me to go home, email them the info because they couldn't write it down.. okay, so I did. I didn't get any kind of reply or call at all, and I got to right before the appointment was supposed to be (a MONTH later) and went somewhere else. I don't think they knew I was supposed to be there! Kinda bummed that I never got confirmation of anything. I guess they have enough clientele that I didn't really matter since I did everything right; called, went in and talked to them and showed the specific artist (whom I CHOSE.. bigger slap to the face...) what I wanted, and emailed.

Called 4 days ago to make sure they could pierce my 9 year olds’ ears. Recommended as more sanitary and knowledgeable than piercing places at the mall. Was assured no problem, they have everything, just bring her birth certificate and my picture ID, since they don’t issue school IDs in elementary school. Just walked in and got turned away because my 9 year old doesn’t have a state issued picture ID. Claim the state will not allow it and suggested I go apply to get her the state ID... Thanks for nothing! Now I have a disappointed 9 year old, wasted my time traipsing to your business, and have had to call another shop. Hmmmm.... how do infants and three year olds’ get their ears pierced? Hmmmm... my number was on your caller ID... couldn’t have bothered to call me back....
