The unprofessionalism in this shop is absolutely RIDICULOUS! First I went in for another ball for my septum piercing and the lady was extremely rude and told me and my son not to touch anything. Then about 2 months later (last week) went in to have my septum piercing changed and was told that I could have my venom piercings done for $50, went in tonight to have said piercings done and he told me it was going to be $80. Sad thing is the piercer made his “apprentice” come tell me.

I've been to Epic Tattoos a few times, and they have always given me the best. It's a bit of a drive for me, as I live in Dallas and it takes about an hour to get there. But it's SO worth the commute! Today I went in to get an Animaniacs tattoo, and the artist did a perfect job on Wakko! He always made sure that I was ok and that I was happy with the tattoo. He made the process so easy and, to be honest, relaxing. The people in there are so friendly, and it's just a generally nice atmosphere in the building. And the prices are SO reasonable! They will work with you to get something great for a great price. I'm extremely pleased with all my tattoos (especially my latest one of Wakko Warner!!), and I'll most definitely keep coming back for more ink!!!

I went to Epic tattoo a few years ago. I saw a tattoo artist that specializes in coverups. I forget his name. He did an awesome job & would recommend him & anyone from the shop. Very professional and fantastic at what he & all of them do. I have more I'd like to get but need new location. Honestly don't trust anyone else.

I went to get my nipples pierced. One of the piercings went through the areola behind the nipple. It was obvious that it was done incorrectly and was offset. When I went back to get it fixed i was told it was fine and that it'd fix itself. I went to three other tattoo shops and they all agreed that it was done incorrectly and that I should take it out immediately to let it heal. So now have to wait a few weeks and get them redone. I basically wasted $40.

Everything was great until the end.
Piercing wasn't bad at all but towards the end of the appointment .
When I had to pay the rest on my card , since there was a misunderstanding of how much I wanted to get pierced .
I was told it was going to be another 20$ for the other piercing on my ear .
So I agreed to pay that 20 on my card .
So I was expecting to just pay a total of 100.
40$ for my ears because I had a total of 2 ear piercings .
20$ for my belly
And 20$ for my nose
(And I was told in the beginning that it would be 20$ EACH for a basic piercing like this )
And the lady that pierced me I even told her how I EXPECTED for it for be just 20$ more.
And she said ' no problem '
So I trusted it.
Cause that was Reassuring to me that she knew and only that amount should be deducted .
But I come to find out that following day that an extra 20$ was charged on my card .
Because I went to the bank to see my history of what I spending this week .
And it said 40$ was deducted from my card yesterday .
So I ended up spending a total of 120 yesterday ...
That was the only thing I didn't appreciate so will not be coming back here ✌🏼
Was hoping for a better experience than this one .
But the dishonesty is just baffling to me .
So disappointed.

We aren't a tattoo family but my daughter wanted to get a piercing and is a minor. They got us in within minutes and explained everything to her and I to make this as easy as possible, including a pamphlet on care. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean.

Super disappointing! Was told on a Friday that it was walk in appointments only. So we get there at 1p.m and were not asked any questions just told to sign in. They act like they are inconvenienced by you even coming in! Finally when I was up I was told by the artist the piece I wanted was to big to be done? I think that's completely untrue. It seemed like he just didn't want to do it. They were completely rude and didn't care that I waited 2 hours just to be denied. Never again! I'll take my cash elsewhere!

This was the first shop I ever got a tattoo at, and I've gotten piercings here too. Since I started 2 years ago I've gotten 3 immaculate tattoos from 3 different artists and 3 piercings here. I have gone to other shops for tattoos & piercings in yhe area, and this place is by far my favorite. Thier ability to work with you to make a design exactly what you wanted and to also work within your budget is so wonderful. Absolutely amazing custom work. I'll always recommend Epic as my first choice to anyone.
