Had a short vacation to Galveston and decided to get a piercing done (helix). Was nervous beforehand, but the atmosphere is chill and Brenna was very kind and took me through the process quickly and with detail; the pricing was also very reasonable. Should I ever be in the neighborhood again, I'm definitely coming back. 🌻

I called around noon to try to make an appointment for a piercing. The lady I talked to said I didn’t need one and I could just walk in any time after six. I went in a little after 6 and they said that it would be a bit of a wait, which I totally understand! They asked me to call back in about an hour for an update, so I did. She told me that she would be ready in about 40 minutes, which was around 7:45. She also offered me a discount, which would have been very nice if I could have used it. I went in at 8, and was told she left to shop for paper towels. Which again, fine! Things come up sometimes. Then I proceeded to wait in the shop for an additional 30 minutes, at which point I left. I know some things are not within the bounds of our control, but I no longer felt like I could trust the piercers after repeatedly being told misinformation about when they would be ready. Everyone was very nice, but it did not feel very professional to me at all with all the time changes. I wish they had just let me book an appointment like I originally wanted. Your mileage may vary!

We called and made an appt on Friday for saturday. Talked to the girl about vending machine tattoo for 5. She said the machine was jammed but they could open it and pick one out for each of us. We wanted to spend the day at the beach so we planned to get our tattoos at 6:15 pm. On Saturday we showed up a little early and asked if they could get us in. They said actually they couldn't see us at all because they can't open the machine. When I spoke to them on Friday they said they could and they failed to call us to cancel the appointment. Just let us drive across town and waste our time. Why tell us you can open the machine if you can't and then not even call us to tell us. Do not recommend

Walked in for nose piercing about an hour and a half before closing. Had to wait a little over an hour, but they did a good quick job and were very thorough going over post piercing care. Nice people. Would go again.
