She is awesome, she has done 17 of my tattoos. Very courteous. She makes u feel wecome.She educated me on tattoo colors because I'm African American,with my complexion, I needed the right colors to pop & she guided me through it. Tommy Lee got a tattoo there too.

This was my husbands first tattoo and the lady who did it was so funny & made him comfortable. the tattoo came out even better than what he imagined & the prices are fantastic! Definitely recommend!

The lady was rude when we entered the shop. When we walked up to the desk area she looks at me and my mom and says “what are you gonna do” in a rude tone. And we asked if she did piercings and she rudely said “no piercings” . She could’ve been way nicer about it and had good customer service. You won’t keep lasting with that attitude. It’ll only draw people away from your business. Either y’all need to talk some sense into her, or fire her straight up. I’m not recommending this place to anybody. Plus it stinks and it has poor hygiene.

This is the only place I've been in the fort hood area. She is by far the best artist I've been to. She has spent over 40hours working on my half sleeve. Prices are great, not looking to get rich off of one tattoo. I've always felt welcome coming in and great conversations with her. I have no idea what Chris is talking about with her shop. I been in a few times and she does a free touch up on past tattoos she has done for me.

Dragon lady did a beautiful piece on me for a reasonable price. It was the exact size I wanted. (Other tattoo shops charge too much for a smaller size) I was so scared and shaking but she was patient with me and made me comfortable. Definitely will go back for another tattoo! Thanks dragon lady.

My boyfriend went in just to ask about a tattoo, how much it would cost, etc. The second he walked in the owner was rude. She insulted him, and said that the tattoo design, which he drew HIMSELF was as i quote "stupid" and that he should come up with something else. The shop itself was also not clean at all. When someone comes in looking for your service you should not treat them the way these people do. I 100% do not recommend, there are much better shops in the area, don't waste your time or your money here.
