I got my nose pierced here yesterday. The lady that does the piercing showed me all of the sealed sterile packages with expiration dates before opening anything. She talked me through it and was very kind. I've had my nose pierced twice before, about 6 and 5 years ago. I remembered it hurting a lot but I gotta say, this lady knows what she's doing. It hurt for about 15 seconds while she was piercing it and then putting the jewelry in and then it felt like nothing happened. About 7 hours later it started to feel a little bruised so I took an ibuprofen and went to bed and woke up this morning feeling like nothing ever happened. She gave super thorough care instructions and a little print out as well. She also emphasized that if it wasn't healing right or the jewelry fell out or even if I had questions, I could come back and she would fix it. Overall great customer service and excellent work!

Got my first tattoo here and it was an amazing experience overall. Awesome customer service and the artists are really cool. Super clean shop and my artist even showed me all of the tools were cleaned and sealed in packaging. Not to mention they did an amazing job, I will definitely keep coming back for more!

The place itself and the actual process of me getting my cartilage piercing was pretty good. They were clean and she wore gloves and thank god I didn't see a piercing gun in sight. Sadly when I called/emailed to ask questions they were never answered no matter how often I emailed/called. Bit upsetting since I needed help.

I took my 16 yr old in to have an earring removed from her ear. The young man that performed the service was excellent and very professional. The older gentleman (I think he may have been the owner or manager) was very nasty. He yelled at the young man because I sat in a chair outside the treatment area, then he yelled at the young man again because I asked for a spacer to put in the hole and he went to see if they had any. This was my second visit to this establishment and both times this man was in my opinion was rude. There most definitely will not be a third.

My husband and I got tattoos there in February. The experience during the tattoo was great. The older fellow was super nice and the tattoo was quick and easy. The problem was the healing process. I kept covered and let it dry as instructed, but part of the tattoo scabbed really bad. After healing the color is super blotchy and already faded. Also, the lines are not straight, and on a small tattoo you really want precision. I will go elsewhere for my next.

I got a vertical labret done here last night by Emma. The only good thing I will say about this place is that they were nice to me while I was there, however, my piercing lasted less than 24 hours. I did everything they said, and my lip ended up turning dark purple all the way to the inside of my mouth. It was GUSHING blood when I woke up at 6:30 this morning. I thought maybe I had hit it in my sleep, but it had not been moved, and it continued to bleed all day long. I didn’t even touch it, only cleaned it as directed. I was told at the front desk that would be pierced with a 16g and when I got to the back, she said she was using a 14g. I had to take the piercing out and 30 mins later, it is still bleeding. I am highly disappointed and I will not be back.

I came here a few days ago to get piercings with my cousin. I loved Haley! She's super nice and makes great conversation. She talked us through the sterilization process and aftercare instructions thoroughly. And we both love our piercings! My only issue with the visit was Kevin. He was completely disrespectful in the way that he talked to Haley in front of us. That's no way to treat your staff, especially not in front of customers. They have a no phone policy behind the counter, which doesn't bother me. What did bother me was the justification behind the policy: he doesn't want people to know he's an ass (his words not mine). If you don't want people to know how you really act, maybe you shouldn't act that way?

We went in for piercings, and our girl was such a sweet one. She was quick, thorough, and humorous. She had some patience with me which means a lot. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat, just wish I could remember her name. Thank you, young lady, for being so good to us.

My Boyfriend has two of his three tattoo's from here. This place is amazing, they guarantee their work for life. and the detail in his tattoo's are amazing. Not to mention I love the fact that they follow all the rules of the health dept. It gives me comfort knowing they do everything right.

While it is not the worst place in town to get tattoos, there are far better places. Both gentlemen that work there often say rude/inappropriate things albeit to their staff or to their clients. There have been many people that have been fired and hired there and the over twenty amount in two years leads me to believe it's the tattoo artists that work there that are scaring them away. There are better places in town to get tattoos and there are better places in town to work.
