Very dissatisfied with their customer service and the way they handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner. Customer service should always be prioritized in any type of business.
On the first session, the artist showed up 1 hour late. No apology, and didn’t acknowledge their tardiness and artist was in a horrible mood.
I let it go. Didn’t say anything. I figured she had a bad morning.
The next session, the artist shows up 2 hours late!!! Again no apology and didn’t acknowledge or excuse their tardiness.
After waiting for her 2 hours, I show the artist that I want to add / change a few things on my sleeve (I asked her to simply continue with the same pattern I had on the front of the arm that she did) she immediately begins to shout at me again in a bad mood.
Shouting that she won’t do what I want. Which makes no sense!
As the customer I should be able to decide the design that will permanently be on my body.
She wasted my time, sitting in the car 2 hours waiting for her just to treated as if I am not a paying customer. Everyones time and effort should be valued.
Very disappointing because she is the owner and they just lost a good customer.

literally the rudest, worst, and most condescending people i have ever met. they do not know how to treat clients & are insanely overpriced. would rather get my tattoos done by a guy on the street than these people. ASK FOR A QUOTE BEFORE PUTTING YOUR DEPOSIT DOWN!!!

I thought it wasThe BEST TATTOO 👌 💓 💖 ♥ SHOP IN HOUSTON. Paid 400$ for 2 tiny memorial tattoos to my recently deceased father for my husband and i plus a 100 tip for his tattoo artist and $100 to mine, if you can call her that and it's horribly faded over paid for my husband's too. I'm very unhappy and this is the second time this has happened and I tipped over $200 and paid nearly $700 for 4 small tattoos. When I called to get it fixed I was treated very badly. Never again but they will fix my dad's memorial tattoo. I paid too.much to be treated this way. Update: I'm NEVER GOING BACK EVER! I'LL HAVE SOMEONE ELSE FIX MY MEMORIAL TATTOO. TREAT PEOPLE BETTER.

So I had been messaging the person sky.houstontattoo on IG. It showed a woman in the photo so that's who I assumed would be doing my tattoo. I get there and it was a guy who didn't introduce himself, didn't talk to me much and wasn't interested in talking to me. I believe the tattoo artist was supposed to be his wife. I feel like he was arrogant w me and he was so heavy handed. I got an owl sternum tattoo and he did not handle me gently. He kept slamming his hands and arms down on my chest. The work came out beautiful overall with some slight hiccups in the line work. When my arm was in the way he just yanked my arm back in a different position without even asking me. I had paid the non refundable deposit so went thru w the tattoo. My experience is I felt extremely awkward and mishandled. It's not because of the area I got tattooed but just because of his actions. I should have stayed with the artist who did my previous tattoo but I really liked SKY'S work and wanted a FEMALE artist. My appt was at 4 then they asked me if I wanted to come in at 2 then at 1. I was quoted $420-460 for my tattoo then they requested $480. I felt like it's just a copy & paste studio. They didn't draw my design til day of. I feel like I was overcharged for this tattoo. I wish there were options to choose an artist and it not be random. because different artists have different styles. I won't come back here to get another one!!!
