Finally found a tattoo and piercing parlor that isn't questionable. Great vibes as soon as you walk in. Customer service is top notch! I watched both the piercer and a few of the artist working on tattoos and they were excellent with their cleanliness and sterilization. They are informative and don't mind questions!! I highly recommend these guys/gal!!!

I had my nose pierced here 8 months ago and had a great experience for the piercing. I came back in today to get it swapped from a stud to a ring and they were quick, easy, and incredibly helpful! I will definitely be coming back for more of my piercings in the future.

Aubrey was my piercer and it was one of the best piercing experiences I’ve had. Quick and simple. I was a little nervous beforehand and she was even great with talking me through it. If you’re looking for a piercer I highly recommend her!

I got my septum pierced. It was scary, and I was nervous because I was not sure how much pain to expect. Luckily, my piercer was super kind and gentle. They constantly reminded me to breath and that it was going to be ok. The piercing was quick, and I only felt a bit of burning. Since there is no way to make reservations, I had a walk-in appointment and it took less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. They are super professional and I definitely recommend getting piercings done here!

My best friend and I came to Artistic Impressions a couple of months ago and both got tattoos from Colton. We loved them! Today I went back to have Colton add a few more details to my piece. Again, he did a wonderful job! There is another piece that I want done and I showed it to Colton and he very, very professionally told me that he would be more comfortable referring me to another artist, Chase, because the printing on the piece I want is very small. I was able to meet Chase on the spot and set up an appointment to have him do my work at a different date. The studio is very clean, the gentleman at reception, Chris (I think) is very helpful, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. Plus, the music they play is a great mix. 10 out of 10 recommend Artistic Impressions.

I've come here for my navel piercing, my second earlobe, and most recently my helix in April. Jay did my navel and earlobe piercings and he's fantastic, but unfortunately he no longer works here. A different guy did my helix but let's just say he wasn't that welcoming. Piercings can be a bit nerve wracking or painful at times, and I appreciate piercers who are more gentle and overall kind or upbeat. It helps ease some of the nervousness. I went back about a week later because the backing of the stud I was pierced with was too close to the hole and was resulting in pain and no room for swelling. My original piercer wasn't there that day, so LEE LOPEZ saw me and took a look. He was super kind and loosened it for me and also suggested coming back in a couple weeks to pierce with a hoop instead if it doesn't feel better. He gave me his business card and welcomed me to message him with any questions I had (which I had multiple lol). If you want a good quality piercing and the best customer service, I recommend asking for Lee!

Chase is an awesome tattoo artist, he's been doing an amazing job on the anime themed sleeve I want. He has exceeded my expectations with every sketch that has been added to my arm. Can't wait to see the end result!

I went to get a lobe piercing here and the process was smooth and quick. The area was clean, professionals were trained, & aftercare instructions are provided through a pamphlet afterwards.

My only complaint is that I would’ve wanted a better explanation about aftercare & types of piercings they offered, like I’ve received at other shops. Not sure if they were too busy that day, but it seemed like they were trying to get me out the door as quickly as possible.

I got my first tattoo here and it was AWESOME!!! I felt very welcomed and comfortable from the time I stepped in the store until I left! My tattoo artist was Nick and he was SOO AMAZING!! He listened to what I wanted, created it exactly like I wanted and where I wanted it. I couldn't say enough good things about my experience, especially since it was my first tattoo. Thank you Nick!!! GO SEE NICK at AI you won't be disappointed!!!
