Mike was my Tattoo Specialist he was a man of few words but got the job done quickly and almost pain free. I've gotten a tattoo of the word "faith" from another tattoo parlor and it almost made me pass out it was so painful.
So the fact that Mike was so quick it made my experience Very Pleasant.

I've been here for my past 2 piercings and today I just got my first tattoo! Ge Zhang did my tattoo and it was so perfect! We have a family tattoo and he was able to look at my mom's foot, redraw, and position it just the way hers was (mine is the bottom foot). I liked the way he was gentle and was very engaging. We had a bad experience. My daughter had her ears pierced. He was just trying to rush and finish quickly to get the next customer. Her hair was stuck with the earring. We had to take the earring out to take the hair. Her war got infected. She used antibiotics for 10 days.

I went here to get my ears pierced because they have such great reviews, but now I'm wondering how they have 5 stars. I wish I would have gone somewhere else because everyone there was very dismissive and made me more nervous by being passive aggressive. A couple days later and I am now noticing my piercings are uneven.
