I’m annoyed because the lady couldn’t fit the correct helix hoop size in my ear. She then went a size up that is twice the size of my ear and it looks horrible. The hoop is hanging low on my ear instead of fitting perfectly. I asked for a refund or for her to at least size it back down the way I originally wanted and she asked me to pay another $25 dollars to put in the correct size that she should have put in the first place. and she said she couldn’t give a refund. At least refund me, like I told you what i wanted and you gave me the wrong thing.

So I went to get my ears done. I already have had my lip and my eyebrow as well. Ashely did my ears. Ashely has been the best and most professional piercer I have had.
I definitely would say go to her if you need anything done. She had the best advice and products to help with my new piercing.
I'm getting my nose done soon and she will be my go to.

Got my septum piercing done here today by Courtney. First time at Inkfluence and I was a bit nervous. She honestly was just super sweet and beyond exceeded my expectations. She made me feel completely calm and at home and she's super informative and helpful. Just an all around phenomenal experience with such a lovely woman. Completely recommend this shop for piercings. Will definitely be back soon.

Inkfluence is the best tattoo shop in Lubbock! The entire shop has a very awesome vibe. Everyone is so nice, the decor is on point, and the tattoo artists are amazing! I have gotten all my tattoos from Jason and would highly recommend him to anyone! The best part?:) There is a bar right next door which is under the same ownership

I waited 1.5 months for a 5-minute consultation. I felt uncomfortable during the consultation because it was rushed and the tattoo artist I met with seemed annoyed. I convinced myself that I should still get the tattoo, but my consultation experience made me feel uneasy. They never called to remind me about my official tattoo appointment which is standard practice in having a credible, organized business. Maybe the tattoos themselves are great -- but I did not feel like a valued, respected customer so I opted out of getting a tattoo at Inkfluence.

Really awesome and professional shop. The shop was clean, all the different employees/artists were helpful and professional. Courtney with Red Mantis did an excellent job with the piercing and was very professional. I would recommend this place for those looking to get some work done on em.

I would go every time great service fast show concerned about what you like dislike.vibe not racist. Courtney great work. My favorite tattoo artist talked me out of doing something i wasn't happy with in the first place. Love this place! Great job keep it up....

I've been in several times and this is by far the best shop in Lubbock! Very clean and professional! I've seen people complain and write poor reviews based on bad customer service, when I was in last night a person came in wanting a walk in tattoo, which they don't do walk ins on Saturday night because they are usually very busy. The person was very upset and became very rude, the staff handled it the best way possible. I'm assuming it's stuff like this is why people say the staff is rude... Every time I've been in everyone is friendly and professional, and I recommend Lacy, she does awesome work!
