Richard is definitely a one of a kind artist. You can tell he appreciates your business & comfort. From the little things like your pronouns when you fill out the waiver to him asking if you’re dizzy during your session. (Most artists don’t ask & if you pass out oh well). He goes above & beyond for every client. I have other tattoos from different artists but he for sure stands out. 20/10 would get tatted again. I actually traveled from Austin to San Antonio & it was worth every hour & penny. Aside from all that the artwork itself is amazing. Clean, crisp, it’s healing well. My tattoo looks better than I could ever imagine.

Me and my wife got matching tattoos to celebrate us getting married and being together for 10 years. Most artists would’ve probably passed on this idea but Richard not only took us on as clients but did an impeccable job. I love his work and planning on Richard finishing both of my sleeves. My experience being tattooed by Richard was amazing. Not only did I get my first tattoo from him but I also went ahead and got a second one as well! He truly is an amazing Tattoo artist, an example I can give is, I showed him the two pictures of the tattoos I wanted, he went to the back to draw out the tattoos and when he came back, he gave me multiple unique options on how to have my tattoos drawn out which I really appreciated it, because well my tattoos would be unique and a better fit for me😁 Before you come in for the session he gives his clients a pamphlet to go over that answers so many questions(especially if you haven’t been tattooed before.) My experience was very relaxing and friendly, I felt like I was chatting with a friend during the session. Since I haven’t been tattooed, before Richard would put the needle on me, he would give me warnings and give me a count down when he was starting or putting it back on me. He would ask me often how I was doing and make sure I was still doing okay which helped my process a lot! Right now, I’m truly happy with my tattoos and continue to get compliments for them, So far I’m saving up again so I can book another appointment! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hands down the best. Richard is the prime example of what to look for in a professional artist. Completely surpassed my expectations for my tattoo. He was very professional throughout the entire process. Very patient and did not settle until I was pleased with placement and design. Highly recommend anyone , whether it's your first tattoo or not, to trust that Richard and his shop will provide the absolute best experience for anyone, you will not be disappointed. I cannot speak any more highly about Richard and his work, as his work speaks for itself.

Where to start...the cleanest most professional place you could ask for when going to get a tattoo. Richard is one of the most incredible artists I've ever seen ever let alone in San Antonio. He took all of my reference photos into consideration and made me something that was completely custom, had extreme attention to detail, and was friendly and personable throughout the whole experience. I get complimented everywhere I go now because of him. I can not stress this enough. This is thee best shop in all of San Antonio and I could not recommend it enough. You will wait a while due to his long line of people trying to get in with him, but I can assure you it is worth the wait and worth every penny. I don't typically write extensive reviews like this, but Richard and his associates deserve to be recognized for their outstanding work and customer service. 10/10 !

Richard did an amazing job! My tattoo healed great and he put so much detail into it I’m constantly getting compliments. The shop was clean, I didn’t have to wait and he had the tv there so I could watch movies the whole time. I highly recommend going to him to get work done, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve gone to Vanessa for my piercings for a few years now, and I can say without a doubt, as long as she’s doing piercings, I will never see another piercer. Not only is she professional and precise, her vibes just make the whole process extremely welcoming and comforting. I love that she keeps her social media updated with her portfolio, is very open with sharing her knowledge, and stays up to date on her continuing education in her field. This transparency is everything you could hope for in a piercer. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe and high quality piercing experience!

My entire tattoo experience with Richard was awesome! He was so patient, answered ALL of my questions, and worked well with me to get exactly what I wanted.
