They have done a few of my tattoos , but recently sent an email as requested and have been waiting over 2 weeks for a reply . Its another tattoo , w details. So hopefully they see this and respond to my email.

Justin did my shoulder piece last night. He had put my idea to paper a year ago but i was finally able to make the trip all the way from Abilene Kansas now. Very talented artist and artists.. very clean shop, laid back vibe! The phone was off the chain becuase so many people were wanting work done. If youre in Tyler or will be this is the place to go! I have no doubt that any artist you book with you will get their best work!

Very clean and friendly environment, unfortunately my tattoo artist had a heavy hand, my ink ran, (blew), and one area he went over and over too deep, to the dermis. Very disappointed with my results. Also and kept stopping, wiping my tat over and over with his heavy hand while holding a conversation with others.š¤

Beyond disappointed here. Waited 3 months for an appointment with Puppet. Called twice, a week before and the day before, to make sure he got my emails of what needed fixed. The day before my appointment, he gave me reassurance that Iām good to go. Get to my appointment, heās not there and Iām told I donāt have an appointment scheduled, but theyāll do what they can to accommodate me. Waited another 45 minutes and he still didnāt show up. Nope. Bye.

Went with a friend for moral support when he got his ears pierced today, called ahead of time to find out price and they said 30, though they didnt specify saying $30 for each ear, and then when we got there had $30 taken out of the atm since I saw they only took cash, since we didnt know it was 30 each I had to help him out with paying (thankfully I had cash on me, or else we would've only has $30 to give and it wouldn't have been our faults.) Paid, but they realized they didnt give him his paperwork, got that done and then got out of the shop. Sadly, not a great experience.

I would highly recommend Alex to anyone. He did an amazing job on my tribal. He hand drew everything on and he's pretty fast too.

The tattoos they do are pretty amazing but i wouldn't recommend getting any piercings there. After i got my nose pierced and my friend got her belly button pierced both piercings developed keloids and the girl who did my piercing didn't seem to have any idea what she was doing. She gave me no help on how to clean my nose or when i could switch it out for a different stud. Overall not the best experience.
