Had scheduled an appt 2 weeks in advance, called 4 days before appt to make sure it was good and still on, then they tell me they lost the appt and they were busy for another 2 weeks.

The customer service is very bad. I tried calling early in the day and kept getting a busy signal. Even emailed them and got NO response. Went in and got put on the call list to wait an hour. Hour and a half passed and I called them and they said wait another hour. Called another hour and a half later and they kept saying, oh I don’t know when someone will be available, could be an hour or 2. They did not see any urgency to help me nor care about my frustration with the empty promises made.
