I had a very good experience and was walked through the steps. Was a little rushed because they had a sale event going on but they made sure I was comfortable and my lip piercing looks great! I do reccomend asking for the longer jewelry they have just to avoid the pain of needing to switch it if your lip swells up too much!

I wish I knew the name of the girl who did my piercings. She had short blonde hair and was so so wonderful. Last week I got two second lobe piercings and a double helix on one side and I love them! super recommend the piercers here
