Daughter had her daith pierced here. The piercing gal there was super nice and comforting to my daughter. She was efficient to the point my daughter had no idea she was already pierced, just felt the pressure. The migraine completely subsided within 5 minutes. Everything was explained to my daughter. I will definitely be bringing my other daughter back to here to have hers done as well.

Awesome shop, I go here for all my piercings. I have had my back dermals done here and my industrial done her as well. Natasha their piercer is friendly, laid back and easy to talk too. This shop makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, even if this is your tenth shop you've been or first ever. I recommend this shop to everyone that asks about my piercings. It just proves that there can be a fantastic shop in Utah County!!!

Brennan Walker is a phenomenal tattoo artist. He really takes the time to design a piece that is what you want but has his own personal style incorporated into it. His art work is beautiful. We designed something better than I could have imagined! You can tell that he is passionate about his art and he’s extremely professional! He even has his bachelors degree in art! I love the piece he did for me and appreciated that he isnt heavy handed. I will absolutely be returning for more pieces from him and recommend him to anyone who is considering getting a tattoo in the valley.

Got an industrial piercing by Casey (hope I spelled that right!) She was really chill, friendly, and thorough. This was my first piercing since getting my lobes done when I was like 10 but she did a phenomenal job making me feel comfortable. She sterilized the needles in front of me, checked the placement with me beforehand and took her time cleaning it up afterwards which I really appreciate. She also gave great aftercare instructions. I would absolutely recommend her anytime. Also the apprentice Aubrey was there and even though she wasn’t helping me with a piercing she was really friendly as well!

I have seen their work on a woman in Cabo San Lucas a week ago. I asked her where she had it don as it was some of the very best I had ever seen in my lifetime. (And I am 76) She said she had it done at Arcane. I had to search and found it was in Utah. I wish I had asked her to tale photos as the art and craft were outstanding. I would make a special trip to travel there when next inclined. Enjoy!

I love Audrey's style. Her design on me is super simple but every work she does is amazing. From the time I met her I felt comfortable and excited to get my tattoo. Their parlor base price is a very affordable $60 and they offer complimentary touch ups! If you are within reasonable driving distance to them and are in need of a tattoo I would highly recommend it!

My experience was awesome. Audrey did a Great job! I love my new tattoo and so does my sister. The only complaint I have is, there is really no way to get in touch with her. And found our she doesn't have a working phone and doesn't usually read her emails.

I had my cartilage on my mid/upper ear done by Nikki. She did awesome! She was very good with me because I was feeling a little anxious. She also gave me her card that had all of the cleaning tips on it. I’m very pleased with my piercing would recommend Nikki.

I took my 5 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced. They did a fantastic job and were really great with her. The next day when the ball fell off one of her earrings 3 times and we had to go back, they were again understanding and fantastic. The shop is clean and open and everyone is very friendly. I'd highly recommend them for piercings.

I was very excited to get tattooed by Audrey. I went in end of November 2016 and set up an appointment for February 2017. Me and my girlfriend got work off at least a month in advance for this. We showed up on the day of the appointment and was told that Audrey would not be coming into work that day. She had gotten sick which would be understandable if she would have had the decency to call us, even if it was an hour in advance. Turns out she doesn't have a phone to get in contact with her clients. One man who I assume works there told us 'you just gotta catch her when she's in' I set this appointment up 3 months in advance. How do you expect to be considered a professional if you can't even contact your clients? I was very frustrated and knew almost immediately I would not be letting someone this unprofessional do my tattoo, but I left my information so she could contact me and maybe reschedule. That happened over a week ago and I have not heard anything back. I will definitely not be getting a tattoo from Audrey or anyone in this very unprofessional shop.
