Brad is the man! Scheduled an appointment online and went into the shop. Everyone was super kind, and the environment was clean. Brad have good recommendations on the tattoo and I was glad I listened to him, the piece turned out better than I could have imagined. He is a great artist for sure. Would highly recommend anyone to go get work from Brad or anyone at Mercy. Great people and a great place.

On vacation in Salt Lake with my wife, randomly decided to get some mountain tattoos (cause no one's ever had that idea before) and we stumbled across this gem of a tattoo shop!!
They were minutes away from closing, they welcomed us in right away, we showed them the basic little tattoos we wanted done, and we were both out in less than 30 minutes.
The shop is perfectly maintained, clean, and welcoming. Michael did my tattoo, and Adam did my wife's tattoo. Although our tattoos we're basic, both of their portfolios (which are available to look at in the shop) were amazing!
Average pricing as well. I have plenty of Tattoos and the price was right in line with my expectations.

I called asking if I could get a tattoo around 10:00am and they were able to fit me in around 11:30! Such a good tattoo artist and ever person there is super friendly. If you are new to tattoos and looking for a shop I would HIGHLY recommend mercy tattoo!

Mina is a great artist! I love her design style, and she makes me feel plenty comfortable and confident in what she’ll be doing for me. My appointments with her are always much quicker than I anticipate them to be! She did my outline in 15 minutes and my shading in 30!
Getting tattoos makes me a bit anxious, so I like a quiet experience, and she never makes me feel awkward because I don’t want to talk through it LOL. Excited for my next appointment with her!

Always have a great experience with John Raftery. His work is stunning and he’s fun to talk to, and obviously get tattooed by. Mercy only does high quality so you’re guaranteed to be happy with your results regardless of the artist. Would recommend anyone wanting a tattoo to go here!

Super late review but I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who has a passion for American traditional tattooing. I got my first tattoo done by Jake Miller and it’s still my favorite tattoo to this day, the lines are impeccable and the color is so bright. I came in as a walk in and they got me in right away. Fast, clean, amazing artwork and customer service.

i was recommended to go to this place and walking in and looking around the vibe was cool and the shop was neat and clean, huge downside however; called them prior asking if they take walk ins atm and the replies yes. i go to the shop the same day showing them a simple hand tattoo design and got a very overpriced quote and was told most of the artist would not tattoo me because “i don’t have enough tattoos”
very disappointed with the service and found a different shop with cheaper prices and more flexible artists.

This place is TATTOO heaven!! We were walking for two different tattoos with different styles then their usual, they do a lot of traditional. I was a tad bit worried that what I wanted would not be achieved because of it being different that what they do.
HOWEVER we got our tattoos done with Michael and they look AMAZING!!! Michael was just so sweet and open to our ideas of what we wanted. He took the time to draw something up for us and his hand wasn’t too heavy or too light. Both our tattoos look so beautiful and we both are in love with them!!
The shop was clean, every one was professional and so nice.
