I've been getting tattooed at Mercy (formerly Cathedral) for about 5 1/2 years- mostly by Michael Bergfalk and Mina Aoki - I'm always happy with the quality work, price and tattoo "bedside manner."
Tyler is always happy to see me and my husband and helps make the experience great ever time by offering advice and suggestions with ideas we have before we send them to the artists.
My 70 year old mother in law got her first tattoo from Mina and she brags to all her neighbors in Florida about "her" tattoo artist in SLC.
I will always recommend this shop.

Heard good things about this place with a couple of friends who have great tattoos from here so a friend and I went in (after calling and being told we needed to come in in order to make an appointment) to discuss our SSDGM tattoo idea and set up an appointment. We entered and were not acknowledged whatsoever by the several employees that were working. After waiting for about 10 minutes and making eye contact with several of them, a few other people walked in behind us and someone came over and asked them how they could be helped and began discussing what ideas they had. After waiting another few minutes, we walked out still never having been acknowledged whatsoever. After that experience, it’s difficult not to assume that we were profiled as “not their kind of customer” being two blonde, white girls with no visible tattoos. Unfortunately they have lost out on our business or those that we might’ve encouraged to go there.
