Got my nose pierced here, Susie did it, and she was so friendly and kind, and was very good pricing, very much recommend coming here for piercings!

Excellent artists, very clean, and very attentive. As soon as I walked in the door, I was being helped in the best way possible. I knew exactly what I wanted my tattoo to be, the font, and location; yet, I was informed immediately of the problem of the location (it would distort with the movement of my walking). The last tattoo shop I went into was willing to slap the tattoo on me and wrap it up in 30 minutes- I was told as much. Instead, Juan spent an hour making sure that the tattoo would leave with his utmost care and perfection. I highly recommend this tattoo parlor. No disappointments.

My sister and I have been going to Derek for the past two years! He is a perfectionist and takes his time to make sure you are getting what you want. We love him!! And we love coming to Susie's where we feel welcome and they know who we are. My parents also come here and we get tattooed as a family. I recommend Susie's if you want a family friendly tattoo shop with a friendly vibe.

The owner and piercer Kelly told us to “stop talking” so he could “get on with other customers” then later said that he wished that women would “listen more and speak less”. I will NEVER return to this misogynist establishment again and I recommend that no other woman ever go here.

Love everything about Susie M's. They are friendly, professional and super clean. My husband has been tattooed there and I got pierced there. The piercer was amazing and did everything that was needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay when getting my daith done for migraines as I do not do well with needles. They really take the time to make sure they give you their full attention and do what they need to to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work and your experience with them.

Sue is the best tattoo artist I have been inked by in my 30 years of getting body art. Because she has a very "light" hand, she didn't hurt me as much as others have. She did several cover ups that others said were not possible. She fixed them, hid all the defects, and touched up the rest of my tats. My colors are blazingly bright now after a few sessions. I would encourage anyone, first time or not, to visit her and talk about what you want to achieve. She can do it well and in a relaxed friendly way. I have brought several friends to get inked by Sue---see what she can do for you.

My son got his 1st tattoo here. I got both my tattoos here. I will not go anywhere else. They take the time to answer all questions and educate you on the care. Very enjoyable. I don't like needles but feel relaxed while getting mine done.

This is absolutely THE WORST tattoo shop I have ever come accross. Kelly Miller is a terrible tattoo artist who will belittle you and your tattoo ideas. He will make mistakes and try and twist them into being your fault, he is 100% inappropriate and no one, especially women, should ever get tattooed by him. He decided to change the color scheme I asked for on a very important tattoo AFTER I had already put headphones in and closed my eyes. He never consulted me on the colors he decided would be better and now I'm stuck with a tattoo I can't stand. If you want to see the flaws I have posted the pictures on this page and circled each mistake. This shop is also absolutely filthy and I have gotten full blown MRSA TWICE after getting tattooed here. Avoid this shop at all costs. The cheap prices are cheap for a reason. You will walk away with a terrible tattoo that you'll have to spend twice the amount of money on to fix. Kelly Miller will make up lies about anyone that gives his shop an honest review to help people avoid this shop. The photos I posted of my tattoos with comments on what mistakes he made are absolute lies. I never once cancelled an appointment without ample notice and never once didn't show up to an appoinemt. On multiple occasions I showed up for my appointment and Kelly did not. I did trade work for him as payment for my tattoo sessions. For 8 months straight I was at his shop 5 days a week from open until closed working for him, when my father was admitted to the hospital with heart failure needing a quadruple bypass I advised Kelly of this as soon as it happened and that I wouldn't be able to spend all my time at his shop and that I had to actually work to support myself. He claimed he would work with me and understood the sitation. He didnt. He was upset and disrespectful towards my family. After him not showing up to the second appointment in a row and me actually having to call him to find out if he was even coming he yelled at me and told me we would need to talk. I chose to end all services at that point even though he still owed me a 5 hour session. He is a very disrespectful, arrogant, bully who lies and manipulates a situation so he looks like the cictim. My tattoos are unfinished and the mistakes he has made are obvious and will need a skilled tattoo artist to fix and make look the way it should have originally. He claims my tattoos would have zero flaws if they were finished. False. My half sleeve isn't even the colors I asked for. That can never be fixed because I trusted him with my skin and he did whatever he wanted instead of giving me the colors I asked for. Like I said. Never go to this shop and never trust any one in this shop especially Kelly Miller. Who wants to do business with an arrogant, unprofessional liar? No one.

My daughter just got her first tattoo and it was done by Sue, it is beautiful, such and amazing job. Sue is an amazing woman, very friendly and kind. Everyone there makes you feel right at home, and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Susie M's.
