They took my money for down payment, then got rid of the artist I was scheduled with for early June. I only found this out second hand from someone that follows Om on Instagram. The artist pages on the website were just deleted, with no explanation or contact info for them given. I contacted Om and was told to reach out to the artist to get my work done. I have had no luck trying to contact the artist.
If you make a major change to your business, you need to reach out to your paying customers to help them out and not just leave it up to them to play detective.
Update: they've reached out to me to explain how I fell through the cracks with and and are trying to make things right, and I appreciate that.
