I had my conch done by Jason today, and he did a great job! All the staff were very friendly and helpful with choosing jewelry. Jason took his time making sure it the placement was what I wanted and explained the pros and cons of different placement. I have 4 other piercings from here and will definitely be coming back for more!

I got my first cartilage (rook) piercing here! The piercer, Jason, was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process after I shared that it was my first cartilage piercing ^^. After finding the right placement, it took less than a minute for the jewelry to go in. I felt a pinch but didn't feel pain at all!
I did have to come back in again because one of the balls of the rook piercing fell out :( that whole process was done well too! All staff members have been so helpful and friendly :) I will definitely come back in the future.

The team helped take care of me when I was given the wrong size jewelry at Laughing Buddha because they care more making a profit than they do the well being of their client. Not only did Pierced Hearts go out of their way to mitigate my pain from the wrong size hoop, they did so with professionalism and compassion. I have had the same experience when I got my helix pierced here in the past. Would definitely recommend!

They are always so nice and super efficient. The front desk people are super friendly. I got my septum piercing there last time and this time a outer conch. Chuck was so patient tho i was very indecisive on which spot I should get it pierced and helped me every step. This is my go to piercing place.

I've gotten 4 ear piercings from Pierced Hearts and I cannot recommend them enough! Chuck did my second lobe piercings and Jasper did a forward helix and third lobe. Both times the piercer worked with me to make sure I was happy with the placement and gave advice on what would work with my ear shape. They also have very high quality jewelry which definitely helps piercings heal better. Everyone at Pierced Hearts is extremely friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back!

Came here years ago and got my piercings with Chuck. Chuck is amazing. She is very good at what she does. I know I m in good hands with her. I came back again yesterday for more piercing and she never disappointed me even after many years.

We were late by an hour, and they were busy, but they accommodated us getting my daughter's ears pierced anyway. The tech that did the actual piercing was thoughtful, calm, and quick. He guided my daughter through some breathing exercises to help her get through it. The front desk folks were also nice and helped us out getting in. They gave us a can of saline rinse on the way out to keep the piercings clean. All in all, I was very impressed and would recommend to other parents for their children.

Pierced Hearts Tattoo Parlor is amazing. It was recommended to me by my partner who has a couple of piercings from Pierced Hearts. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get me in on the same day. I got a side labret piercing. Jaime, the piercer was fantastic. His attention to detail and suggestions were spot on. I appreciate the time he took to get the placement right and made sure I was comfortable. The people here care and take pride in what they do. They’re not just there to poke a hole in your body, place a piece of metal and say good luck. They’re super helpful and encourage calls or check ins if there are any questions later on. Frankie pierced my nose and he was AMAZING. Everyone there was so welcoming and i felt super comfortable and definitely well taken care of. I felt super listened to, i was taken seriously, and everyone was just so sweet and respectful. I’ve never been here before but i’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Pierced Hearts to anyone that wants a tattoo or piercing.

I got my first tattoo last week and Joe was great! He designed my tattoo, which was beautiful and then walked me through the whole process. It's healing very well and I couldn't be happier with the result. You will have to wait to get an appointment and wait for a design but let's face it, you don't want to work with a tattoo artist who has a "walk-ins welcome" sign outside.
