Amazing!! I came to the shop with a difficult concept,and Angelo executed it perfectly. Definitely found my "go to" guy!

Ear piercing by Katie went really well. She was very nice and professional! Explained the process, made sure that both piercings were symmetrical. Highly recommend!

Incredibly unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment on a Tuesday for the upcoming Saturday. When I arrived for my appointment the artist was busy still working on another client. They asked me to reschedule. So I asked to see what he had come up with for my custom tattoo and he hadn’t even worked on it yet… I decided then and there this wasn’t the place to get something permanent done.

Yes, it's long but might be worth the time to read if you are looking for piercing!

EDIT: I just dropped my review from 4 stars...someone called and asked if we could move our appointment because it was double booked: wh...huh? the appointment we had last week? Disappointing, yes. It is even less excusable if they double booked us 2 weekends in a row, huh?!?

My nose stud lost it's "gem", day 7 or 8. Their paperwork says I cannot change it for 13 to 15 more weeks. I suppose I could go back but my work schedule the next few weeks isn't really flexible. This isn't what I wanted. I tried to be nice in my initial review. I wasn't thrilled with the service. I gave the benefit of the doubt on WHY a professional would be 20+ minutes late to an appointment (and double booked) because she was knowledgeable, quick and personable. She was still knowledgeable, quick and personable but I doubt I will be going back without a really, really good reason.

1st: Three of us booked a piercing appointment. When we arrived we were told the piercer was out picking up lunch for the whole crew and would be back soon. She ended up being more than 20 min past our appointment. That's probably not her fault entirely but at no point was any acknowledgement made of her tardiness nor apology for it given. We found out she was double booked for our time slot, as well. If that was the only issue, it wouldn't have been a problem; we understand that those things happen. Luckily, we weren't in a hurry.

2nd: Her work was great. She asked a few questions to fully understand what we each wanted. She was quick and explained what she was doing as she went. I had a previous piercing at a mall location that missed the mark (literally) and my ear piercings are not spaced uniformly to this day! That was definitely not the case here. She hit the target 100%!

Overall: I am satisfied with the service. I would have given 5 stars if she was on time or had acknowledged & apologized for being late.

Shawn did an excellent job. This was a cover up of a very bad tatoo and it is a very cool original design. He was very professional and is obviously an exceptional artist. I will go back to Bad Apple for all future tatoos.

Sam did a tattoo for me and my friends and she was so awesome! Super cool to work with and just very nice. Her work is amazing!

Got a tattoo done of a huge Eagle with a realism style. Have one more session to go with Jeremy. Everyone at the shop is super down to earth and easy going. Incredible artistry from Jeremy, Angelo, and Shawn. I was in the chair for quite a few hours and got to see a few people get theirs done. Nothing but great things to say. They are very accommodating and willing to create your tattoo designs. Can’t wait for more 🦅!!

I had a consultation here in November to get a current tattoo reworked and the artist was 30+ minutes late. He looked at my current tattoo and took pictures of it then I provided him with pictures of what I had originally wanted, and he said he'd be able to fix it so he'd come up with some ideas. When I went to my tattoo appointment in December, he came in late again by 10 minutes then sat there chatting with his coworkers and ordering food for another 10 minutes. He then called me over to look at my tattoo but said he'd need some time to come up with/draw ideas despite the fact that he had 3 weeks to work on it. We eventually started getting set up for the tattoo only for him to tell me that he couldn't fix it, so he offered a coverup at no extra charge but said we'd have to reschedule it and he'd draw up some ideas that he'd send to me that night. Three days later, I still hadn't received anything. After thinking more about my experience with them, I decided to cancel the coverup appointment. When I messaged them to explain how I felt and to ask for my $50 deposit back, all they said was they'd return the money but didn't comment on my concerns or even apologize (and I've never received the refund). In my opinion, the artist as well as reception is very unprofessional and certainly did not take me seriously as a client.
