Been a fan of Dave's for several years. Was excited to see what he could do once he was out on his own. His shop on Atwood is a great location, lots of natural lighting and clean!!
His tattooing is truly an art and I believe he has only gotten better!

Dave does excellent work! He has done my last three tattoos, and I visited his new shop for the first time earlier this week to get my most recent one. His studio is very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend coming to Hand and Eye for a tattoo.

I paid $200 (his shop minimum) for a hand tattoo / cover and Dave completely ignored what I asked and paid for him to do. What I wanted covered is still exposed, the quality is poor, and the shop was just down right dirty and unprofessional. For your health, skin, and wallets sake, do not waste your time here. If I could give 1/4 of a star I would.
