I come from out of state and went to this tattoo shop and got a tattoo. I want to thank the owner he was very kind. I would 100% recommend this tattoo shop. Amazing service, excellent quality and very sanitary. Thank you Reyes for the tatto.

Unreliable service was turned down was only 15 minutes late drove in the snow storm Even called and told them I was gonna be 10 minutes late when I was told to come at 7 they said set up Would take too long and they Security doesn't like them tattooing after 8 but the tattoo was only a 15 minute tattoo

I went here twice and I love it! Sometimes a bit of a wait but they get super busy sometimes! I had Damien And he was great! Super good quality tattoo! When I go back I’m requesting him!

probably the worst idea i’ve ever had was to get a tattoo from them, the actual process was completely normal and professional; however the customer service sucks to say the least. i’ve been trying to get a touch up for the past month since there was a lot of scabbing aswell as spots where there was no ink to be found and i keep being told to wait till tomorrow. so they just got me looking bogus on main. i’ve contacted the artist and always seem to be left on read, and when i asked if someone else could just do it one person said yes and another person said no. after reading more of the negative reviews i see that there’s a pattern for this shop of being really negligent towards its customers, but also that all in all everyone’s bad at communicating anything with customers. i highly suggest against getting any work done here. it’s truly ruined my tattoo experience.

Update: I FINALLY got the touch up, thankfully Emma and Jasper were both really friendly and reassuring; and i didn’t have to wait super long. i wasn’t completely thrilled that the interaction was ended with a comment about taking down the post, but all in all, it was finally done. i probably won’t ever get a tattoo from here. definitely suggest jasper however since they’re VERY friendly.

I had a great experience here. Starting, I wasn't sure how I wanted my tattoo put together but I knew what I wanted & with help from the owner he created an amazing masterpiece and I have had nothing but compliments on my tattoos. They're all very professional and it's very clean. I have come back six times since my first one with them and will not go anywhere else. Thank you Tattoo Addiction.

I got my cartilage pierced here back in October 2021. The lady told me she used a 16g so I bought some earrings in anticipation of changing it after the piercing healed. Well, come to find out, a 16g doesn't fit so I wasted around $50 on jewelry that I can't even wear or return. It doesn't seem very professional for someone to pierce a cartilage with a 20g then tell the customer it was a 16g while also failing to provide any information on aftercare. On top of it, she wouldn't allow me to pay with a card despite the fact that there was no sign saying they required cash nor did she inform me that I'd have to use cash beforehand, but the ATM closest to their shop was out of order so I had to walk all the way to the other side of the mall (with a hip injury that was causing chronic pain/limping) and pay a $3 ATM fee to withdraw money. Can't say that I'm particularly happy with my experience.

Overall I had a great experience with this shop 10/10. With Guadalupe being my tattoo artist she did such an amazing job and was also kind and kept it professional. The tattoo is doing great and have had many great compliments.
