Q has been tattooing myself, my family, and my friends for over a decade. In fact Im on my way up to the Dells today for a few tats for my sons 30th birthday gift. He does fantastic work and hes a chill guy and listens when you explain your design. Shops clean. Friendly environment. Decent prices.

This place is SUPER unprofessional & childish!! I had previously made an appointment a WEEK in advance while in town, told me they could get me in at 7 pm on that Thursday before I left town. When I went to go, the door was locked. So I called and nothing. Saw people in there so I called a few more times and even left a voicemail. 15 minutes after 7 I tried opening the door thinking maybe it was just Covid protocol or something; but still locked. Called again and watched them thru the window stare at me and ignore my call. Didn’t even have the decency to answer or call me to let me know they needed to switch/cancel my appt. Rudest thing I’ve ever have a business do to me. This is my first complaint review and I can’t even believe I had to write this. I’m actually disgusted they would treat a customer like this.

I was able to come in last minute after my nose ring came out. I had it pierced 2 weeks prior and wasnt able to get it back in. The piercer was very professional and personable. I appreciated how seriously they took the sterilization process since I came in with my own nose ring. This was a much smoother process than when I initially got it done 2 weeks prior in GB. I would def go back again if i'm in the area!

My daughter and I went here for a mother/daughter tattoo and we are very happy with our experience :) Q was a very good artist who drew up our pieces just they way we had imagined it and did awesome line work. I would definitely go back!
