Cloud 9 has never failed to amaze me from their professional service to their huge jewelry selection. Karri is definitely the best piercer in the Birmingham area! Looking for high quality body jewelry? They have it! The staff does their best to ensure that you find exactly what you are looking for. Not only this, but the tattoo artists there can do anything from delicate watercolor to hyperrealism. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful experience!!! Highly recommend!! When looking for a place to have my daughter’s ears pierced, I was referred to Karri at Cloud 9 by the mom of one of my daughter’s friends.
Karri was AMAZING!!!! She explained everything before she did it and made my daughter feel so at ease!! Also, we have had absolutely no issues with her ears since they were pierced!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Definitely will go back with my younger when she’s ready to have her ears pierced.
Lastly, everyone I know that has used Karri at Cloud 9 has the same high praise for her and the whole experience!!

I was a walk-in on Monday, July 22nd. Their lady at the front counter, Jewel, was very friendly and welcoming. She was knowledgeable and helped me pick out my jewelry. Most shops seem to have a very limited selection of jewelry but theirs was outstanding. Very beautiful high quality pieces. Aaron did an inverted vertical labret piercing for me (sometimes called an Ashley) with a threadless Neometal stud. His bedside manner was great, made me feel relaxed and comfortable and he was very thorough with great attention to detail. The end result is beautiful and I’m thrilled. Can’t wait to come back. I found my new piercing home

Karri was so great! So professional! I was a little nervous and she was so friendly! She went out of her way to make my piercing less painful and more convenient!

I went to Cloud Nine to get my nipples pierced. As soon as I walked in everyone was very nice to me. Matt did my piercings. He did a great job! He pierced them even which was my main concern. I love them. Matt did an awesome job!!! And they also gave me my after care.

I went here to get my tragus pierced, and the atmosphere is great. Everyone was helpful and kind. Aaron did the piercing, and he was great. I waited to write this until it healed, but I had no problems at all. The whole thing was seamless and smooth-sailing.

Karri did an AMAZING job! I took my 14 year old daughter to get two helix piercings. Karri has a very calming presence and took her time explaining everything. My daughter stayed calm and said it didn’t even hurt that much. I watched for the normal safety concerns any parent would have and Karri did everything to my expectations and I watched her wrap everything she used and throw it all away when she was done. I felt confident in the cleanliness and safety standards. If we ever decide to do any other piercings, we will definitely be going back to Karri.
