I was referred by Smiley Boy Tattoo to see Hector for a piercing for my daughter.
I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism Hector displayed. He was extremely informative before, during, and after the procedure. Everything was very clean and sanitary. He explained every single step that he took to my daughter and allowed me to sit and watch the piercing. I had never seen one before and it was absolutely fascinating. I would absolutely recommend Hector and enchanted tattoo for all of your piercing and tattoo needs.

I love my septum piercing by Abstract! He was so sweet and it barely hurt! I almost fainted and he prevented me from hurting myself. This place is very professional and they know what they are doing! I will definitely trust Abstract to do my next piercing! It's so worth going to a professional because you can trust it's clean and they do it right! Thank you Enchanted Dragon! So happy with my nose and my look!! They took me in right as Halloween 2020 came to an end! Memories I'll cherish!

I went to Hector with my PA piercing that was completed incorrectly. He was very professional and evaluated the situation. Hector was up front and honest with me stating that due to the scar tissue he will not know until he begins the piercing if he can do it. With his expertise Hector completed the piercing with precision. I can't thank him enough for correcting what was a botched job. I would HIGHLY recommend Hector for any of your needs. The guy who is working tonight as a pierce tech sadly we didn't introduce but it's Friday night at 8pm and he did great on both my finances Industrial and her nose and he did really well on my second eyebrow. We will definitely see those guys again

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and it was a fantastic experience! Abstract did her piercing and he was beyond amazing. Very calm, patient, polite and professional. Great overall vibe. I highly no recommend him!

I am unsure as to why all of these reviews refer to this establishment as "professional", but we are going to figure it out together. I have been in this shop 3 times. Each time I worked with a different piercer, bar the 3rd time, which I will get to. The first time I came in, I needed a ball on my new septum piercing (pierced at a different shop) to be retightened a day after it had been pierced and the gal who helped me was incredibly nice and gave me a lot of helpful tips which I used to help my piercing heal. She was nice, but definitely overworked and this reflected in her personality a little. She was being rushed by people coming in as well and had no help with her. She knew what she was talking about though and I had no issues as a result and was very happy with the shop, so I came back a second time 2 months later to get new jewelry. Their jewelry selection is limited for septums and also very basic, but I'm still happy with what I got. My piercer did make me bleed a little bit, but I came to expect that when first changing the jewelry, and he did seem to be equally overworked and understaffed as the last piercer as well. My piercer was a man this time, but again, no problems or real issues, this place sounds fine right? Well, I thought so too. Until the 3rd visit. I went in with my mother and 14 year old sister yesterday (it was my birthday and my sister wanted a piercing so we WERE in good spirits), and were "greeted" by Natural Light Santa Clause, who was on the phone and preceeded to have a conversation with us and whoever was on the phone at the same time, which was annoying and rude enough as it was, not only to us but to the person on the phone as well. He crudely interrupted my mother (do it again and I'll rock you) to say we needed a birth certificate and ID for my sister, and rudely assumed I was her mother (I just turned 26???? HELLO?) and that my sister doesn't even have an ID, so he's being rude to all of us at this point. My mother and sister had already gone in once prior to picking me up as well, so this was NEVER told to them upon their first visit and so we left, beyond disappointed, insulted, and very sure we never wanted to support that man or his establishment again, even though we could've easily come back prepared for them. Here's a big tip to the gas station gremlin we had to deal with, who I believe is a manager or the owner: You don't know what you don't know about your customers, build rapport first before you start interrupting people, get off the motherf***ing phone, and lose some weight. Maybe you will happier and so will your employees. I will no longer waste my time on a shop that isn't even a happy shop or a fun one to be inside of. Get a personality, for both the shop and whoever the face of Mangey Beard Products LLC is.

Kyle designed my tattoo and brought to life the idea of what I told him I wanted. He's precise, meticulous, focused, incredibly creative and talented. I found my new tattoo artist!! I highly recommend this location, the other tattoo artists and staff are awesome and create this chill environment that I felt welcomed and comfortable in.

I have had many piercings and tattoos done here. Leah is amazing, And so is Viking Dan. They are both piercers. Scott is also an amazing tattoo artist. Highly highly recommended.

I went in and theybwere quick and did exactly what was expected of them. My wife only wanted an ear hole made which was done successfully. I cannot speak for other things there but with regards to piercings they did great.

Got my five year olds ears pierced. Easy, so fast, so professional.
