Enchanted Dragon

I've gotten a couple piercings here. Each time, they are fantastic. Allie is the best! I was a little nervous about getting my septum pierced because I'm a baby with pain. She was so gentle and understanding. Afterwards, she hyped me up so much about it. She told me that I looked amazing and it put a little extra bounce in my step. I love my piercing and it healed so quick! Allie is always informative and not judgmental in the least. I cannot recommend her highly enough

Went in looking for a new tattoo shop due to being fairly new over in this area. Walked in and was greeted right away told the young girl I wanted a tattoo she introduced me to salsa who is amazing and was friendly and professional when it came to my needs and wants for my tattoos. I went in looking to just get pricing but with the way she treated me I knew I had to to get my memorial tattoo for my baby sister today. She drew it up in under and hour and we were getting the job done enjoyed the music and atmosphere but mostly the attention SALSA gave me I will definitely be going back soon for some more tattoos with her. Her line work and shading are great as well.

This place is so relaxed when you walk in. They make sure I loved my tattoo and made it was even on my arm and look awesome before we started. They helped me chose the exact font and color and gave me input on Color as this is my first tattoo with color. I can't wait to go back for my next one.

We were out on a girls night and looking for a place to get my bellybutton re-pierced. We called earlier in the evening to verify that their piercer was available until close, awesome!

Once we were done getting tattoos touched up at another shop (they didn’t have a piercer available) we called Enchanted Dragon again to make sure they’d still be able to take me, this was at 11:10 PM. They assured us that they did piercings until close and would be able to take me at 11:40 PM which was when we’d be getting there. She said that be fine.

We pulled up and walked in the shop at 11:44, the tattoo artist saw us and rolled her eyes, the first thing she said was “I just closed up”. We immediately said “we can go, it’s totally fine”. But she halfhearted insisted that we stay and then started loudly slamming drawers, and acting clearly irritated.

She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, and I absolutely was not going to let someone who was clearly mad at me being there, pierce me. I would have really appreciated open and honest communication that she did not want to perform the service or that it was too late rather than being made to feel unwelcome. I would not recommend this shop, there are plenty of other shops in the area that will treat you with basic human courtesy. Please do not go to Allie.

This is the third tattoo that I have had done here and will come back. The staff is a joy to be around and vary helpful. Cody is a great artist and I am 100% sure that you can not go wrong with any artist at Enchanted Dragon. Me and my wife will not go anywhere else.

After having cancer two years ago, I get regular MRI's that require me to remove my piercings. I have a solid nose ring that is hard for me to remove on my own. I called this morning to ask if this was a service they would be able to help me with. I was told "absolutely, we will have a piercer here at noon." This is a service I have had in three different shops before with NO issue, I tip really well because it is just as inconvenient for me too honestly.

Anyways being new to this area, I needed to find a new piercer to help, I drive up to the shop at 1:30 and walk in. Looks like a sweet shop, but two girls were sitting at a table eating. They seemed visibly annoyed that I even walked in. They didn't greet or address me, so I politely explained that I was looking for the piercer. They looked at each other and one said, "it's up to you" in a snarky way and the other one said "I am off today" with a heavy attitude. I explained I was only there cause I had called earlier but nevermind. "What did you want?" the piercer asked, "I will help you" she said with an attitude.

I said nevermind, I will go somewhere else. I don't need to be talked to like that. How on earth would I have known who was who or who was off that day. All I knew, was what I was told on the phone earlier this morning.

What a poor representation of a business. Will never use this shop for future tattoos or piercings and I will be sure to share my experience with anyone and everyone.

I can't help I was sick a few years back and need help with a couple of my piercings every few months. Other shops have always been so kind and helpful, I have tipped $50 before to a guy that was just genuinely a kind human and understanding of my testing.

I wish I could give less than 1 star honestly. How rude. They could of just explained the mix up or whatever without acting like snotty brats.

I love the choices in jewelry I even love the prices but yesterday I called to specifically ask and was told the limit of piercings they would be willing to perform on one person at a time the answer was five other shops will say three sooooo anyway so I left my favorite shop who was going to do what I wanted because they were big slammed to go to enchanted dragon just to walk in minutes after I called excited right! I start requesting what I wanted and the girl who was performing the piercings cut me off so quick very loud with someone already at her table btw (this is the only place I have been that its completely open not even a curtain and the employees don’t focus on who they are piercing they talk to others while giving a piercing) and when she cut me off she was immediately rude about it, very unwelcoming even seemed upset she said I’m just not doing that which I would and do understand completely if she would’ve just said it respectfully being she is the PROFESSIONAL she even gave me a dirty look Ill just say it was RBF I guess I literally felt so uncomfortable and just stupid asking questions! so the girl at the desk was nice and said, would you still like to do this piercing and that piercing but when she asked for my I’d like I was faking even though I’m full of tattoos and piercings I felt even more uncomfortable. (I am aware I need ID no matter what it was how she asked). Also I found no place to fill out the form I needed to fill out even though I was one of two customers getting something done. As soon as I found a “place” I called out to my friend who walked away understandably and just asked her if we could leave, I was so full of anxiety. I said I changed my mind and basically hit the door as fast as I could. This was the second and last time I’ll ever walk in to that shop. The only good experiences I have had were the people they trained who went off to better shops and they were in training so my experience was still not the best Seriously, if this was my first ever experience I would never gone anywhere ever she was so hard to talk too I felt there was something wrong with me I really hope I never encounter a person or situation like this again. It was so fast I learned no names but again this was not the first time a piercer made me feel horrible at enchanted dragon. No stars if possible.

I got a daith piercing here 2 months ago. She pierced it with a large hoop. I went to another shop to get another piercing and I asked her why it won't heal and if she had any recommendations. She said yea that hoop is way too big and heavy for that area when you first pierce it. So she switched it out with a smaller piece and in 4 days it is healing great now. The new piercer also said she has no idea how or why she pierced it like that and it was the same way with the two other friends I was with who got piercings from enchanted dragon. I don't recommend piercings here, no idea about tattoos.

Allie does all my piercings now and has for sometime. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is so sweet and makes you feel ao comfortable. She looked at my belly I wanted repierced and said "girl thT looks open to me I can try that 1st. It was just the jewelry then so awesome been 10 years or more since I had jewelry in it she's the best never a complaint

Seriously wouldn't recommend unless you love being uncomfortable. Cody is incredibly unprofessional. Wouldn't be surprised if he's been a little too friendly with some of his clientele.
