Went to Enchanted Dragon to have a different septum ring put into my fiancé’s nose. He’s up to a 4g and it’s a pain to do yourself. It was quite busy, and people just kept coming, but they consistently greeted people and were exceedingly polite. A+ for customer service! The piercer was amazing! While waiting I was able to hear him with his clients. He was very soothing, and very professional. He had no issues answering questions by his clients, and he took his time, which I thought was wonderful! He took care of us and we were very pleased. I can’t wait to go get pierced again myself!

Walked in today to ask about a tattoo design and set up an apt, and also threw in the idea for a tongue piercing. Hector said it would only be a few minutes and we were able to chat while I waited. By the time we were doing my piercing, I forgot I was there for business, they made me so comfortable!! He was super informative about this experience, my care instructions and overall a funny, down to earth guy. I highly recommend them!

Hector pierced my septum and did an amazing job. He was incredibly nice the entire time and was super honest. My septum came out straight and neat. The greatest piercing experience I have ever had. 10 out of 10 I would absolutely recommend.

My artist was Leslie & she was absolutely wonderful! She has a very positive personality & really connects with the canvases she works on. I was so very pleased with my tattoo & it came out beautiful! I (as well as my brother) got this tattoo to show our love & support for my oldest son & for autism awareness. My sons words when he saw it were "ohh it's so beautiful wow it looks lovely mom!!", enough said. She nailed it & we're all so happy & will be returning!

I got my nose pierced today, this was my first piercing other than my initial lobes, it hurt for just a second and a second after the fact, but nothing unbearable probably a 4/10 the guy was very nice and wasn't too fast about it but not to slow, overall I would go here again :)

They are the best. The staff is friendly, funny and very professional. If you are scared about getting a tat or piercing they will help ease your mind. I won't go anywhere else but enchanted Dragon. Hector the piercing guy has pierced me 8 times now I love him. He is so quick and gentle you never know your being pierced. Love this place go all the time and have referred many people for piercing and tats, even have taken my kids there to be pierced. Love love love them all.

Went to Enchanted Dragon for dermals. Abstract was the one who placed them. He was incredibly professional and took his time making sure the placement was correct and very thorough in explaining aftercare.
It was kind of pricey but he cares, takes his time and explains their sanitation and everything that can and should be new, is.
I'd highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely go back to him again.

Avoid this place. They don’t have time for you and they don’t need your business. We were greeted rudely at the door by a guy who had no time for us, we were shirked off onto a tattoo artist who wouldn’t even look at us while he was preparing for a tattoo he was about to do in a couple mins. If you don’t have time, just say so. No reason to treat us badly.
Just another tattoo shop full of artists with stuck up, bad personalities.

Kevin did an amazing job. He was patient with my fears and did great at keeping the atmosphere calm. His artwork is unbelievable and I'd recommend this location to anyone. Everyone I encountered there was very friendly and professional as well as clean and sterilized.
