I called the Thursday prior to confirm someone would be available Sunday (Father's Day) for a piercing. Whoever answered the phone just said "hello", which led me to believe I was calling a personal line vs. a place of business. After confirming I was in fact calling the shop, he said I didn't need to make an appointment, they would be open and to just come by. I called the shop around 2:30pm to confirm again, and there was no answer. We still decided to come by, thinking they just might be busy. Despite the florescent "open" sign being illuminated, no one was present. We called their sister location and the best they could figure is that they took off for the holiday, and didn't have anyone at their location to accommodate us either. Unprofessional and unreliable in my book. I was happy to take my business elsewhere.

Went looking for a feather for a memorial tattoo. What I git was a black Aztec feather that looks like it's dead. He said wait till it heals it will soften up. It's still the same black feather. Will have to find someone else to fix it. Waste of money.

The experience was ok. I was with my brother for a walk-in back in December and we were going to get a couple of very simple tattoos. No one was super friendly, and the artist took us in even though he was supposed to be off. It was quick and I was happy at first, but my tattoo (an ankh) has quickly faded and there's a lot of patches. I should've gotten it touched up when I got the chance but I'm disappointed such a small piece needs touch ups. My brother's had the same issue. I'm glad I did it, but I don't think I'd recommend it unless you're confident in your artist.

Came for a walk-in, and Aaron took good care of me. I showed him my custom drawn design and he completed it within less than an hour. Very reasonably priced and my design looks exactly as I drew it. Really nice guy. I'll be back for more work.

My friend and I went to visited to this place months ago, my friend paid $60 bucks for the deigns.
I forgot who was the artist guy name. But that guy did not communicate with my friend at all, and did not say anything about when he is done and when we come in to check. We waited for 2 whole freakin months. Without him telling my friend anything!
That guy stole my friend 60 bucks. ITS NOT OKAY.

I really enjoyed getting this done. Nick was great. Johnnie did an industrial and nose piercing. He was patient and explained everything before he did anything. The one closest to my wrist is my daughter's actual handwriting. The other was a picture she drew me just before she died. Nick cleaned it up a bit. She would have loved it. It was a great experience!
