Had an incredible experience getting my first tattoo here! I've walked into other shops and felt awkward and uncomfortable, but I didn't feel that way at all here! All of the artists are super friendly and helpful and I loved that they check out each others work and compliment each other!
Shop was beautifully decorated and most importantly very clean! Loved all the kitchy decor and holographic cat picture in the (also very clean!) bathroom!!

12 volt is by far the best place I've ever gotten a tattoo. They have a super friendly staff who are very talented and accommodating. The shop itself is full of beautiful artwork and is clean as can be! I have had 3 tattoos from 12 volt so far and plan on returning for many, many more!

I have gotten multiple tattoos from both Tania Evans and Tanner Drake at 12 Volt, and both are astounding artists. And, almost as important, I have always felt very comfortable in the shop both with the high standard of cleanliness and friendliness of the artists. If you are considering a new tattoo I would HIGHLY recommend visiting them.

Update: I have changed my rating to a five star because the owner has fixed the issue, and has been sincerely apologetic throughout the process. When the tattoo is completed i will post a before and after photo. The lady that did the original tattoo doesnt usually work there. I highly recommend these guys...thanks again for helping me!!

Both Tanner and Chris are fantastic artists. It's clear they both really love what they do and their work reflects it. Clean lines, friendly staff, good price, and super willing to work with you to get exactly what you want. I love this place and I probably won't go anywhere else. Highly reccomend!

I've had three pieces done at 12 Volt by two different artists and I can honestly say I'll be coming around for more. Aside from being one of the cleanliest places around town, everyone there is super knowledgeable and you feel comfortable as soon as you step through the door. Their professionalism is second to none and their work shows it. I can not recommend this place enough!
