The shop was super clean and it was a great and welcoming atmosphere! The staff made me very comfortable and I enjoyed the experience. I'm super happy with my tattoo its beautiful and I would definitely be back again for more! Thanks 12 volt!!!

I was treated SO BADLY! Had an appointment scheduled with 2 hours of time to get everything perfect plus the time scheduled to get the tattoo. Had already discussed fully exactly what I wanted with Chris face to face as well as sending him an email a couple weeks before the appointment, yet when I walk in I am told two things 1: that I was late and he already called in another client; I wasn’t late I was 10 Minutes early and have the business card with the appointment time on it to prove it. 2: he drew up something with placement so different from what we had discussed that it was basically an entirely different tattoo. And told me too bad, I’d have to leave if I didn’t get that exact thing. And all of this was done with so much disrespect he might as well as spit on my partner & I. Only once before have I been treated so much like shit by anybody, let alone someone I planned to shell out loads of money to. What should have been a great fourth tattoo experience turned into a nightmare, never mind the fact that the tattoo was the only birthday present I was going to be getting this year and instead I’ve spent all morning crying. NEVER go to Chris Stack. Please.

Hands down one of the most professional tattoo shops in california. Very clean, all the artists are rad and have great personalities. I've gotten my last 3 tattoos from them. Very traditional tattoo shop. If u wanna get a tattoo my suggestion is going to 12 volt. Spin the wheel of destiny while youre there!

After researching artists all over NorCal to start my tattoo work I finally settled on 12 Volt based on Zac and Juans portfolios. So far Zack has done three tattoos for me and I couldn't be more pleased. The shop is super clean and professional. I felt comfortable right away. As far as the work goes, Zac 's lines are super clean and all my tattoos healed perfectly. I'm addicted and I'm definitely going back soon.
