My experience was not pleasant the owner billy was very unprofessional. He had a family emergency the day of our appointment. I said that was okay and to take the time he needed. The next day I texted him to see if everything was alright and also if I could get my deposit back since I wanted to go with another tattoo shop. He said seriously and he cursed at me and basically felt like he was screaming at me and I get honestly not the best timing I understand that. However that doesn't give you the right to be so rude. He said he would give me the deposit back when I came to the tattoo shop. When I got there they said are deposits are non refundable. He said it's posted everywhere on the website and we tell people no where on the website does it say deposits are non refundable and he never told me. I'm not confrontational at all so they way he was handling the matter made me very uncomfortable. I'm not trying to trash them but just something had to be said because this is not the way you do a business. I was gonna give it no stars but I can't because then I won't be able to post this.

My experience was amazing! A couple of coworkers and I went and got Friday the 13th Flash tattoos after work and I ended up getting 3 because I couldn't decide, and then my friends convinced me to get my nose pierced and the entire experience was awesome! I work in healthcare, their sanitation and cleanliness are definitely above parr. James did 2 of my tattoos and paid close attention to the details unlike other places that offer flash tattoos. I can't remember the guy's name who did my third tattoo, but he was just as great as James! Amanda pierced my nose and was super gentle and explained each step of the process as she did the poke, and was extremely professional and a great conversationalist! I was there just a couple days ago and me and my sister got very small tattoos and overall the guy was super sweet and did a good job. But what i’m upset about is that i paid $300 when all together it took my tattoo 25 mins and my sisters maybe 30-35. I feel like i got overcharged because it did not take 2 hours for our tattoos together. I would’ve been ok with $150 at least but i guess we don’t always get what we want.

Just got done with Brain. The best birthday gift I can give my self! HE DID SUCH A AMAZING JOB! I will not be going to anyone else for my tattoos. I will be recommending him to my friends and family!! Great price, friendly and clean environment. Thank you so much I’m OBSESSED!!!

Just finished up a killer sleeve with Billy. Some of the best ink I've seen in a long time.

I was wanting a new tattoo, me and my husband literally looked through hundreds of pictures of tattoos by local artists to find someone that would do justice to the piece I wanted. Billy's work, at least in our opinion was the best fit for the style we were looking for. The realism, shading and depth in his work is incredible, check it out if you have a few minutes. We hadn't been in a bunch of tattoo shops, we weren't really sure what to expect, found it to be stylish, well lit and very clean. We found Billy to be friendly and professional, after 10 or 15 minutes we had agreed on the particulars of the tattoo, negotiated a very reasonable price and scheduled an initial session. I did 2 fairly lengthy sessions, that he did in the late afternoon / evening which conveniently was after I got off work. I was very comfortable during the sessions, all the equipment looked to be in great condition and Billy was very detail oriented as far as making the process clean and hygienic. As far as the tattoo, Billy absolutely SMOKED the original picture of the tattoo I had shown him, more detail and more realistic in every way and different in ways that made it an original. Thanks Billy, we'll be back!!

The tattoo artist the me and my girlfriend dealt with was Joey, he completely ignored what she wanted done and made it smaller then what she wanted. The tattoo was done in may and it faded after just a couple months, I have worse tattoos that lasted longer than 2 years before they faded. I do not recommend going to Joey for any reason
