unprofessional. waited almost an hour for them to just tell us that the piercer isn’t coming. and their excuse? they’re just not here. after saying they were running late. DONT GO HERE . PLEASE

I got my nose pierced here last night and i love it! Paul did it and i really recommend him, he did a great job. He explained things in full detail and made me feel totally comfortable. He also gave me some sea salt for the cleaning so I didn't have to go out and buy any. They are a little pricy but it's worth it. Mine came out to 68 with a diamond stud.

We were surprised when we were told a price over the phone and were charged substantially more after the service. When I questioned her she stumbled through an explanation that did not satisfy me. It seemed like she was just making up the price stating that she didn’t know naturally. However she did do a good job. Perhaps listing prices publicly would be helpful.

First and foremost I had made an appointment and I get there early and they tell me they only have one person doing tattoos so that I had to return ina few hours . So before we left we were asked what we were gunna get tattooed in case we still wanted to come later and I let the employee Pacheco know what I wanted tattooed and he kinda laughed at me pretty much questioning , talking down on why I wanted a certain tattoo it wasnt anything gang related or anything that would be offensive to anyone so I don't get why someone would question a paying customer that already had to wait due to their unprofessionalism I felt that it was of no concern to the artist what I want to get tattoed on MY skin and just so you guys know it was just my boyfriends name but I'm old enough mid 20s to decide what i want so i dont appreciate being questioned about my personal life and personal decisions. This is the first and last time i go to this place . All around bad experience and unprofessional.

Tattoo from Perrin he did a few other pieces of work a flower that turned out good however this piece absurd. I recommend to you not to come here because of this. I had faith in someone and now I’m stuck with some trash on my arm that I wasted money on where I should have got what I came in for no problem since he said he was able to. Looking at these pictures it looks like a child drew it. I asked ahead of time if he could do this design and said yes when it should have been a no. He did use a stencil for most of it only did some free hand and it still came out like this. I never wanted to add shading of any kind outline was find but now I will have to get it worked on. Very dissatisfied and disappointed lack of care and effort is what I feel happened. I will never step in again.

James is one of the kindest, friendliest tattoo artists I have ever met. My friend and I had an amazing experience and felt so comfortable while planning and getting our tattoos.

Received my first tattoo from Perrin Pacheco at Staircase today. Really like the art; Perrin did a great job recreating my drawing, but making it look good. I will be going back for more art.

Tom is an amazing artist and even cooler guy. Super professional and accommodating. Very detailed, attentive and truly goes the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. Was grateful for the experience.

Got my nose pierced here by Tom about 2 years ago, soon after the hole in my nose shrank due to my doing and came back to get it stretched back to normal size and Tom was the one who was there again! Don’t have enough positive things to say about this place, 100% recommend getting pierced by Tom, he’s very knowledgeable and has a gentle hand!

I've gotten several tattoos here from Perrin and always have a great experience. My septum piercing is from here as well and Im super pleased with the placement. Clean and great vibes
